MJ: (Introduction)

“Don’t be dismayed by good-byes. A farewell is necessary before you

can meet again. And meeting again, after moments or lifetimes, is certain
for those who are friends.”  Said Richard Bach)
Good morning everyone, I would like to extend a warm welcome to
everyone, our dear teachers headed by our Teachers’ Club President
Madam Felicidad D. Lim, our non-teaching staff, guest, friends,
gentlemen, and ladies, and most especially to our dearest Madam Plida
S. Andrada, whom we bid farewell today.
Today, we may smile or even cry. But forgetting these memories, we dare
not try. Today’s stage is set for making beautiful memories that will last
with us for a lifetime. Welcome and Hats off to our principal in the
celebration of her legacy of achievement. This is a farewell but not a
goodbye party.
JM: (Opening Prayer and Preliminaries)
We wish to make this day a memorable one for all you lovely people.
Without much ado, let us begin this day.
When we kneel to God, He stands up for us. And when He stands up for
us, no one can stand against us. With this strong belief, I call upon
Madam Caroline Aquino, Teacher III to lead us into prayer. This would be
immediately followed with the preliminaries. We have mam Lorna R.
Nicolas, Teacher III conducting. May we invite everyone to please rise.
Thank you _________.
MJ: (Entrance of Mam Plida)
“Time flies like a blink of an eye. I feel like it was just yesterday but it has
been seven years from January 2014 when you first met her. Ladies and
Gentlemen, Let us all welcome up on stage our honoree, our dearly
beloved and our motherly school principal Madam Plida S. Andrada. To
be escorted by our male teachers.”
I would like to take this opportunity to thank our principal for making this
institution one of its kind. Mam, because of your initiatives we have top-
notch on the delivery of quality education, competitions and even
nationwide searches. Along with that, your enthusiasm is incredible. You
are a visionary whom we are very lucky to have as our guiding star.
Goodbyes can be hard but rather than being sad about it let’s see the
sunny side. Let’s celebrate, let’s make a party out of it, let’s spend a great
time with ahead.
JM: (Opening Remarks)
“Small cheer and great Welcome make a Merry feast” says William
Shakespeare. May I now request Madam Felicidad D. Lim, the ever
charming and forever young Teachers’ Club President to formally open
the gathering.
Thank you Mam for the warm welcome.

MJ: (Messages) Feelings aren’t ‘wrong’ or ‘right’, ‘bad’ or ‘good’. Feelings

just are. They may forget what you said, but they will not forget how you
made them feel.
At this juncture, each teacher are given 2 minutes maximum to deliver
their message and well wishes to our dear principal. Please come forward
and share your feelings and memories with us. We are eager to listen to
you.

JM: (Message of Gratitude) A principal does not replicate her image in

her teachers, but molds the them into a person who can build her own
image.
A principal sees unlimited possibilities in a teacher. A principal to the
world, but a hero to us. May I now request Mam Plida S. Andrada to
speak a few words.

MJ: (Closing Salvo) Dear Mam Plida, we convey the best of our wishes to
you this day. May you shine, glorify and reach greater heights each day.
Maraming Salamat, Daghang Salamat, Balbaleg ya Salamat, Agyaman
kami unay, Thank you so much for everything

JM:It is now time to give justice to our health. A time to feed our physical
bodies. So, what are you waiting for you? It’s your day, so make the most
of it. This is John Mark and together with me is Sir James, your host of
the day, now signing off. Thank you and Have a wonderful day ahead
