3. I have never been removed, excluded or deported from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or from any
other Gulf Cooperation Council member state or charged with violation of any law or regulation
thereof.

Visa Application Document Checklist

 
This visa application document checklist helps you check that you have included all of the necessary documentation
that is required by the KSA
Consulate Suez to process your visa application.

Kindly bring the below documents for submission at the Visa Services Centre on your appointment date/ time:
‫برجاء احضار المستندات التالية للتقديم فى مركز خدمة التأشيرة فى تاريخ و وقت الموعد المحدد‬
1. Original and copy of the passport.
2. Passport is valid for more than six months.
There are at least two blank pages in the passport.
3. Copy of valid Egypt residence visa for non-citizens
4. Enjaz Form Signed by the Applicant. (This form will be filled up at the Visa Service Center).
5. Two Recent (Not more than 06 months old) Passport Size Photographs with White Background (Please check the Photograph Specifications)
6. Applicants with travel document should not have any restrictions or conditions which prevents them from travelling
7. Preapproval letter number issued from Saudi ministry of foreign affairs.
8. Proof of relation ratified from concerned entities.
9. Dear Valued Applicants, as instructed by the Consulate of KSA, please, be advised that in order to apply for the visa of KSA, you must apply
using the new computerized passport. Accordingly, earlier passports will not be accepted.

The applicant is solely responsible for submitting all the required documentation for the visa application, or the decision to proceed with the
visa application without submitting all the required documentation. Kindly be aware that the decision made by on the visa application may be
based on the information and documentation presented with your application. VFS Tasheel provides administrative support to and does not
have any role in the decision making process on the visa application(s).

The Visa Fees and Services fees indicated are based on the current exchange rates on the date of the booking. The Foreign exchange rates as
advised by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia results in fluctuations in the local currency rates against the USD on a
weekly basis, the Applicants are requested to check the website at least a day before their appointment date on the website

‫لقد تم إفتتاح مراكز فى ‪.‬إف‪.‬إس تسهيل التالية‪ :‬االسكندرية –شيراتون‪-‬المماليك ‪،‬للتأشيرات جزئيا بالقاهرة و االسكندرية ابتداء من ‪ 20‬سبتمبر لسنة ‪ ، 2020‬و تباعا تم فتح فرع بورسعيد فى ‪ 7‬اكتوبر ‪ 2020‬ثم‬
‫فرع المنيا فى
‪ 15‬اكتوبر ‪، 2020‬و فرعى طنطا و سوهاج يوم ‪ 25‬من اكتوبر ‪، 2020‬ستستأنف هذه المراكز عملها جزئيا فى إستقبال العمالء الذين حصلوا على مستندات تأشيرة ‪/‬خطابات دعوى بهدف الزيارة‬
‫
أو العودة إلى المملكة قبل يناير ‪2021‬‬
‫
ستكون المراكز مفتوحة من األحد إلى الخميس من الساعة ‪05- 09:00‬‬
‫إن سالمتك هي اولويتنا‪ ،‬و كجزء من اإلجراءات االحترازية ‪ ،‬العمالء الذين سيقومون بزيارة مراكز إصدار التأشيرات‪ ،‬يتم قياس درجة الحرارة فضال عن ضرورة ارتداء الكمامات‪
.‬وعليه العمالء الذين يظهر عليهم‬

أعراض كوفيد‪ 19-‬بما فيها الحمى(ان تكون درجة الحرارة أعلى من ‪ 37.5‬درجة مئوية) ‪ ،‬وسعال وصعوبة في التنفس ‪،‬سيتم رفض دخولهم مركز إصدار التأشيرات‬
