MANDATORY MEDICAL INSURANCE

As mandated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia, all

Applicants traveling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are required
to obtain a Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI)
approved Medical Insurance Certificate from the Visa Application
.Centre
Kindly be informed that “Insurance Fees” varies based on various
factors including but not limited to (Gender, Visa validity, Number
of Entries, Age and Marital Status).Where the final fees to be paid
.appears only post the application submission procedures
Thus , we recommend ensure having extra cash amount ,to avoid
.the shortage while submitting the application

Visa Application Document Checklist

This visa application document checklist helps you check that you have included all of
the necessary documentation that is required by the Consulate Saudi Arabia Kano to
process your visa application.

Kindly bring the below documents for submission at the Visa Services Centre on your
appointment date/ time:
‫برجاء احضار المستندات التالية للتقديم فى مركز خدمة التأشيرة فى تاريخ و وقت الموعد المحدد‬

1. Original Passport and Photocopy

2. Passport validity should be more than 6 months
3. Bahrain Residence Visa Copy (should be Sticker from GDNPR and validity not less than
6 months).
4. Copy of Smart Card (CPR)
5. Two Photograph with white background
6. Passport should have at least 2 blank pages side by side
7. Applicants with travel document should not have any restrictions or conditions which
prevents them from travelling
8. Copy of pre-approval for family visit permit issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi
Arabia.
9. Proof of relationship (eg. marriage certificate for married ones, and birth certificate for
children)
10. Valid Commercial Registration (C R) copy of Saudi Compan / Saudi Residence Permit
(Iqama) copy
11. Valid Commercial Registration (C R) copy of Bahrain company
12. No Objection Letter from Bahrain Company attested by COC.

The Visa Fees and Services fees indicated are based on the current exchange rates on
the date of the booking.The Foreign exchange rates as advised by The Ministry of Foreign
Affairs, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia results in fluctuations in the local currency rates against
the USD on a weekly basis,the Applicants are requested to check the website at least a
day before their appointment date on the website vc.tasheer.com to confirm the exact
Visa Fees and service charges.
COVID ADVISORY

.Tasheer Visa Application Centre partially reopens in Bahrain

Effective 20th of Sep 2020 , Manama Tasheer Visa Application Centre in Bahrain will
resume partial operations accepting customers who have obtained pre-approval/
.invitation letter to visit and/or return to the Kingdom before January 2021
.The center will be open on Sunday till Thursday from 9:00 till 17:00 hrs
Your safety is our priority. As part of precautionary measures, customers visiting our Visa
Application Centers may be subjected to body temperature checks and are required to
wear face mask. Customers exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, including fever (higher than
37.5 degrees Celsius), cough and difficulty breathing will be denied entry to the Visa
