A. Listen to the story. Then circle “a” or “b” as the correct drawing for the story.

Last night I went to the restaurant. He was an Italian Restaurant, I sat down, the writer
came to me and gave me a menu. I looked at the menu and then I ordered spaghetti,
the waiter didn’t say anything. I waited for about 15 minutes. Then waiter brought me
a hamburger, he put the hamburger in front of me and I said “No, it is not my ordered”
so he took the hamburger away and I waited for 15 more minutes. And then he brought
me spaghetti.
B. Frank is describing what happened to him on Sunday. Listen and number the
pictures.

2. The mason was very happy for a while after this. Then one day he watched as the
wind blew very hard. People ran away and heard because the wind was blowing
so hard. The mason wished that he could become the wind because the wind was
stronger than the sun. The genie came back and changed the stone mason into
the wind.
3. The mason was very happy for a while after this. Then one day he noticed that even
if he blew very hard, the large rocks didn’t move. The mason wished that he could
be a large rock because rocks were stronger than the wind. The genie returned
and gave him his wish.
4. The mason was very happy for a while after become the rock. Then one day a
stonemason came along and started to break the rock. The rock became smaller
and smaller. The mason cried out, “Oh, now I wish i could be stonemason again.
The genies returned once more and turned him back into a stone mason.
5. “Are you happy now?” asked the genie. “Yes,” returned the stone mason. “And I
promise that I will never complain again.”
