Dear Hon.Mayor:

Greetings of peace!

Basud Elementary School is one of the primary schools in Tabaco City Division which aims
to provide quality education and a safe learning environment. It is located beside the Basud-
Tagas River. Because of its location it is usually affected when strong typhoon and floods hit
our place. The documents and other important learning facilities were destroyed during the
last typhoon.

In this connection, we would like to request from your good office for the construction of the
2nd floor of our Principal’s Office which will serve as the computer lab and multi-purpose
room. We believe that bringing quality education to our pupils also includes bringing a
classroom conducive for learning. The construction will help and give convenience to a lot of
learners in our school.

We, together with the faculty, parents and pupils of Basud Elementary School, are hoping for
your positive and favorable response.
