NOTICE FOR INTERVIEW

I am directed to refer to the advertisement No. PID(I)871/20 dated August 22, 2020 &
written tests held on 09th and 10th of January,2021 and to inform that interviews of
provisionally shortlisted candidates for recruitment in PHAF against various cadres
posts of BS 09 to BS 17 will be held as per following Schedule.

The call letters and SMS for interview has already been forwarded to top five(5)
candidates against each post on their given address and Mobile Numbers
respectively. This call letter for interview does not confer any right for appointment.

INSTRUCTIONS:

 Candidates are called upon to appear before Departmental Selection Committee

(DSC) of PHA Foundation for an interview with duly filled performa (Annex-A),
original degrees/certificates, domicile and CNIC along with attested copies of the
same as per above schedule.
 Candidates will be considered ineligible if failed to provide the above mentioned
documents and proforma at the time of interview.
 Eligibility of candidates shall be determined after examining/ scrutinizing their
original testimonials and their candidature can be cancelled at any time/ stage if
their testimonials/ documents are found fake/ forged or domicile is found
irrelevant.
 No TA/DA will be admissible.
 Reach Interview venue at least 30 minutes before the time fixed for start of
interview.

 Candidates for the post of AD (EM and Civil) are advised to bring the original PEC
certificate/card along with attested copy of same.
