I Total Final Event Cost 4,21,000/-

Terms & Condition

Payment To be raised Towards confirmation of the event along with 30% advance payment on the
1 confirmation , 50% Payment to be made 7 Days prior to the event date & balance 20 % along with to be
made last day of the event before start the ceremony .

2 All cheques /DD’s to be paid favouring “Khandelwal Tent & Decorators” payable at Par only
3 The confirmation of the artists depends on first –come –first –serve basis in terms of booking amounts.
4 Amounts once paid are non- refundable and non-adjustable with any other date or event
Cancellation needs to be notified one month in advance the client will face 50% of total cost as expenses.
5 In case of delay the client will have to pay an additional 25% as late cancellation fee.

6 Full 100% will have to be paid in case of cancellation on within one month of the event.
7 Full Guarantee cannot be given on any technical equipment. The charges would have to be Borne by the clie
8 In case of any cancellations due to forces of nature, the client will have to bear the complete cost.
10 All the term, quotations & rates are applicable only for this event, and the contract is valid only till full &
final settlement for the final invoice.
11 Negotiations are not acceptable after finalization or post event .
