PREAMBLES

GENERAL NOTES

1.1 Attendance by successful bidders:

BIDDER is responsible and shall make available to
following facilities for carrying out the WORKS :

1.1.1 Programming and Coordinating to ensure the 1 LS (NOTE)

correct overall, planning, sequencing and timely
completion.

1.1.2 Provision of site quantities, sample submissions 1 LS (NOTE)

and approval from CLIENT.

1.2 Instruction on Pricing 1 LS (NOTE)

The rate for each item these Bill of Quantities shall
include but not limited to all costs, expenses,
wastage, charges, tax, transportation and expenditure
arising from complying the design intent whether it may
or may not be specifically described in Bill of
Quantities.

1.3 Lump Sum 1 LS (NOTE)

Prices and rates for works measured as 'Lump Sum' shall
be deemed to cover for providing everthing necessary
for the proper execution and completion of the item/
works in supply and install according to the true
intent and meaning of the Contract Documents taken
together whether the same may or may not be
particularly shown or described provided the same is
reasonably inferred therein.

1.4 Definition of Terms

The followings terms as used in the Bill of Quantities
shall have the following meaning herein assigned to
them.

1.4.1 Site: 1 LS (NOTE)

The land or others places or under or in through which
the WORKS are to be executed and any other land or
places provided by the CLIENT for the purpose of the
WORKS.

1.4.2 Approved, Selected or Directed: 1 LS (NOTE)

Shall means to be approved, selected to directed by the
CLIENT or his authorized representatives.

GENERAL NOTES: BILL B

2.1 Material for melamine board based on standard 1 LS (NOTE)

color with white polykem finish for internal carcass
and internal drawer.

2.2 All glass in general thickness of 6mm clear 1 LS (NOTE)

tempered.

2.3 All built-in fittings and parts based on standard 1 LS (NOTE)

local manufacturer specification.

2.4 All system furniture with standard one year 1 LS (NOTE)

manufacturer warranty, exclude wear and tear.

2.5 All chairs in PVC legs and caster, black fabric 1 LS (NOTE)
finish.

2.6 Quotation should exclude all the electrical works, 1 LS (NOTE)

plumbing works and make good works for the existing
floor, wall and ceiling.
