SAMPLE MENU PLAN FOR SNACK AND DINNER

Breakfast ¼ cup milk powder


3 pc of pandesal
1 tsp of sugar

Lunch 1 cup of white cooked rice


Pork sinigang (¼ serving of water spinach, ¼ serving
of string beans, ¼ serving of taro (gabi), ¼ serving of
okra, 2 oz. of pork rib)
½ cup of mango (5 ½ oz.)
1 slice kutsinta

SNACK 1 cup of Whole Chocolate Milk


2 cups of Oven baked French Fried (4 oz)
3 pieces of medium sized Glazed Doughnut (Yeast-
Type)

DINNER 1 cup of cooked white rice


1 serving of boiled squash
1 serving of stir-fried string beans (cooked in 1 tsp
olive oil)
1 oz fried Tilapia
1 small frosted cupcake
