Not until I saw many

people’s business has collapsed since the pandemic. And it happened to my closest relatives
and also my friend’s parents who have a business. The fact is this pandemic make business in
Indonesia decreased 67%.

My name is Ketut Lingga Amritiya and I’m from SMA N 4 SINGARAJA today I
would like to tell you about sophisticated technology that can enhancing business strategy in
this pandemic era. The current market situation today is incredibly tough. We have seen
many business only have 2 options: closing down or switching their business strategy. Those
who still have capital, could choose to change business strategy. Now the question is, how do
they change the business? Should they change the product they sell or something? all
businessman and entrepreneurs nowadays are demanded to be quick to analyze the
challenges of the business today.
Ladies and gentlemen,
We all realize that the biggest challenges of business today is the risk of meeting
people physically, and the power of buying that is decreasing due to unemployment. From
here, I think we all can agree to find the solution based on what is needed by the target
market (customer) right now? Safety, convenience, and efficiency. We can see which
companies are highly at profits during this pandemic Say for example Amazon had increase
44% profit after pandemic, it also happened to Shoppe companies, Zoom Companies and
many else, so why they can get a high profit while most business in the world get decreased?
The answer is technology. They definitely have invented technology as part of their business
strategy. Look how they do not have to make a major change to their business since
pandemic? They shop from home, they can track their delivery from home, they can cancel
from home and return the good as easy as they want. As a matter of fact, even the UMKM
now considers that investing on technology is a great step towards profit. Another example,
the companies that stable on their profit, Bittersweet By Najla they use a social media
Instagram that purpose to share social photo and video into platform to advertise their
product. They do not only use technology as a medium to advertise their product, but more
than that they can even sell their product just by putting their link on the bio.
Ladies and gentlemen
From here we can find the solution, how to make customer know our product or
service and could use it easily and safety, we need something that can connect us together,
and it’s technology. So to enhancing your business strategy the first step you need to do is
prepare your product, branding your product or services, make a good picture so it can attract
customer, you need to imagine if the market place today is technology. After that you need to
make your market place if you cannot do it, join the market place, Shopee, Tokopedia, Grab
any else. And the last make your product known by customer, advertise your product in the
social media, it could be Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok everything so customer could see
your product and service. You need to be more active in social media, post your testimonial,
how you packaging your product how good your services to maintain or even increase the
number of customer.
 For the last, technology is the best solution and the only way to keep you run your
business in this pandemic era, we’ve seen how powerful and enhancing the technology to our
business strategy on this pandemic
