First off, let me say I'm super
proud of you for choosing to
download this guide. No one
ever gives you praise for
choosing to work on yourself,
so let me be the one to cheer
you on!

A couple things to keep in mind


as you're going through this:
It's going to be uncomfortable. It might even bring up memories that
you comepletely forgot about that really suck. This process is all
about going within to the dark, hidden parts of your mind, so make
sure you're balancing this with positive aspects too. Throw in some
dancing, or drawing-anything that brings you good vibes.

Lastly, give yourself unconditional space. Understanding who you


are never really ends you know? It's going to take time, and it's
important not to judge yourself for what you feel or how you react.
You don't have to love what you see, but accept it because you're all
you've got. And that's enough.
