The teachers who give virtual classes at UALN do not dedicate enough time to attend to the
students, according to the comments of some colleagues who have decided to retire. I think that
they are highly qualified professionals for the job they are doing because they are still training to
share their knowledge. Although I cannot vouch for what my former colleagues said, I can assure
you that the teachers do their best to comply with the proposed activities. One teacher informed me
of all his activities, and there were many, he taught classes at UNAN Leon, to students in person
and also to some groups of high school, so he had no time left. I think that the workload of teachers
is exceptionally heavy, they should consider a schedule to teach virtual classes at UALN.
