NuCM 103 RLE: PROMOTING PHYSIOLOGICAL HEALTH

Instructions:
1. Each student should study the listed procedure.
2. You will make a procedure manual indicating the rationale for every steps of the
procedure based on your Fundamentals of Nursing Book (Kozier & Erb’s Fundamentals
of Nursing).
3. The procedures will be distributed to each group (the team leader will distribute to his or
her members) and will utilize the template given (see separate sheet). The font style is
Arial and size is 10.
4. You can put pictures to make your checklist user friendly.
5. This is a group activity and the involvement of all members is important.
6. The NuCM 103 spearhead and RLE coordinator will supplement video of the identified
procedures.
