OFFICE ORDER

In pursuance of this office Order of even number dated 21.05.2016, approval of

the Competent Authority is conveyed for strengthening of lT Cell as per the following
details:-

1 Shri N'P. Rajan, DC, NNLI will look after lT cell instead of Shri Vikram Joshi, DC(p)

2 Other members of the lT Cell are as under.

a. Shri Rajesh Chelle, AC(|T)

b' Shri S.B. Sharma, JSA along with existing responsibility of financial matter

c. Mrs. Nitasha Mendiratta, CO

d. Mr. Rishi Anand Kohli, Project Associate on contract will also assist the lT Cell

e. Mr. Puneet Kumar Rai, MTA

J. The lT Cell will look after the following work of the Samitr.-

o Works related to JNVs:

Ensuring credible internet facility by issuing necessary instructions & monitoring

* Monitoring the functioning of computers and their peripherals

Monitoring condemnation/upgradations of computers and their peripherals and

arranging to procure to continue the lT services

Ensuring updating the information in Shaala Darpan portal in coordination wrth concerned
section.

Assisting JNVs to overcome difficulties in lT solutions including providing smart class

rooms solutions and planning for augmenting smart classes in every JNV.

* Monitoring the updation of websites.

Wifi network in every JNV.

. Works related to ROs and NLts:

Planning & augmenting internet facility with good bandwidth

Mve
 Coordinating to have e-office solutron to expedite the decision

Guiding ROs I NLls to monitor updation of Shaala Darpan portal by the field units.

Monitoring the updation of websites

Works related to HQ:

Planning & augmenting internet facility & qwifi networks

Providrng assistance to all sections to overcome lT issues

* Developing comprehensive plan for maintenance of lT lnfra

* Maintenance of website

Time to time up gradation of systems in collaboration with the concerned agencies as per
the need of the NVS.

Coordination in finalisation, monitoring and implementation of all modules of Shaala

Darpan portal with the assistance of all section head.

Uploading of all information and its updation from time-to{ime on Web Portal of NVS
Hqrs. by collecting relevant information from various sections

Assisting to comply with the provision of RTI Act 2005 by disclosure of information on the
Web Portal of the NVS.

Monitoring the functioning of RTI/ Grievance/ PFMS/ other Web portals

Upon opening of new JNVs/field units, creation of PFMS Account with Username and
Passwords

To assist in maintenance and updation of l.T. network including computer networking of

HQ

* Activrties of EODB

4. Further, JC(Admn) would review finalising all modules of Shaala Darpan once in a fortnight
and it would be reviewed at Commissioner level once in a month.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
