Baking is my favorite hobby.

used to find new ways to make friends.
I love to talk to the adventurers and small
fae that sometimes visit my cottage while
traveling.
My biggest fear is being a burden
Gertrude Was born the eldest daughter to a large farm, she was a
very kind child but quite easy to trick. When she heard from the local
priest that she was sick and needed to be taken to a remote location,
she didnt think twice about the decision to follow him. It didnt enter
her mind even once that it could be possible that the priest was
tricking her to get the sister who was second in line to the
inheritence. Throughout the years spent alone in the cottage with
occasional visits from the priest she learnt more of nature and its
inhabitants, she built a small garden and a well, hunted small animals
with a crossbow, taught herself skills from the books the priest gave
her and talked to the fey that inhabited the forest. She was happy
with the life but when the first adventurer stumbled into her cottage
in search of shelter and told her of the stories he lived through she
forever changed. Whenever she sees a adventurer in the wild she
always asks them if they have some stories to tell and beckons them
in her cottage. As the years flew by she wanted to experience the
thrill of adventure for herself, so she decided to go on one.
