Pearl Lake Protection & Rehabilitation Meeting

September 5, 2009

Chairman Chuck Johanns called the PRD 9/5/09 meeting to order. Secretary minutes
were read and approved as read. Treasurer Mark Leissring, gave the report with the
checking account balance $8777.30, contingency fund $38,711.47, a total balance of
$47,488.77 as of 9/5/09. Approved by a voice vote.

Old Business: The amount of rainbow trout for the October stocking will be
approximately 2500. It will be know if black crappies are available when the ponds are
drained. Secci disk report by Roger Perenick, July 20 clarity 20 ft. top temp 73
degrees, bottom 48 degrees. August 17, clarity 18 1/4 ft. top temp 77 degrees, bottom 50
degrees. Bottom depth at 45 ft.
The boat regulations at the narrows was discussed with many comments and
questions. Decisions on this tabled until measurement is done with G.P.S. Range
Finder and will be updated at May 2010 meeting.

There is very little Eurasian Milfoil; Northern Milfoil, the good kind, is visible.

New PRD Board members Dave Paulick and Randy Rucks were unanimously
accepted by voice vote.

After the meeting Sheriff Peterson and Detective Kurt Oleson spoke and
answered questions on the neighborhood watch program.
