REACH DECLARATION

Concerning the Product (trade name): SABIC® LDPE HP0722NDF - 00900

Please note carefully that this declaration ONLY applies to customers that have
purchased a product from SABIC Petrochemicals B.V.
SABIC customers that ship SABIC products into the EU as importer of record are
themselves responsible for any obligations under REACH. SABIC will not act as or
appoint an Only Representative.

Dear Customer,

According to Article 2(9) of the Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 of December 18, 2006 and
amendments (the latest consolidated version of the REACH legal text, dated 15 February
2021, and hereinafter referred to as REACH regulation), polymers are exempted from the
Titles II (Registration of substances) and VI (Evaluation).

According to the requirements of Article 6(3) of the REACH regulation, any manufacturer or
importer of a polymer that comprises more than 2% of (a) chemically bound monomer(s) in a
volume exceeding 1000 kg per year has to register the monomer(s) used. We can inform
you that SABIC Petrochemicals B.V. has successfully registered its monomer(s) used in
the above-mentioned material under REACH.

Plastic materials, such as produced by SABIC are mixtures (preparations) (the polymer part,
residual monomer, additives, etc.). According to the REACH regulation preparations do not
need to be registered separately, provided that the individual parts of the mixture are (pre)-
registered.

For substances used for which SABIC Petrochemicals B.V. is a Downstream User, and thus
has no registration obligation itself, SABIC Petrochemicals B.V. has contacted its suppliers
and confirmed that all their registration obligations under REACH have been met. SABIC
Petrochemicals B.V. will not use any product or will do business with a supplier that is not in
compliance with the REACH regulation. SABIC Petrochemicals B.V. has registered all
substances for which it had a registration obligation, and will continue to ensure regulatory
compliance with the REACH regulation.

It has to be noted that the REACH registration of the substance(s) subject to registration in
this product is restricted to the product as manufactured or imported by SABIC
Petrochemicals B.V. and cannot be used by any other party outside the supply chain.

We can further inform you that this material is not a dangerous preparation according to the
requirements of the Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 on the classification, labelling and packaging
of substances and mixtures and therefore is not subject to the requirements of Article 31(1)
and (2) of the REACH regulation. Based on that, there is no legal obligation to set up a
Safety Data Sheet according to the requirements of Article 31 (6) and Annex II of the
REACH Regulation. Therefore, the Safety Data Sheet as supplied by SABIC, does not need
to contain any mandatory information on the use of the material or other information derived
from the REACH notification.

With regard to the presence of Substances of Very High Concern we can inform you as
follows:

According to the recipe in the production of the above mentioned material, SABIC does
not intentionally add:

 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), included in the most recent and authentic
“Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern for Authorisation”, in a
concentration above the threshold limit of 0.1%, as published by the European
Chemicals Agency (ECHA) on http://echa.europa.eu/web/guest/candidate-list-table,
dated July 8, 2021.

 Substances subject to the provisions of Annex XIV or Annex XVII of EU Regulation

(EC) 1907/2006.

Although these substances as such are not intentionally added to this material, and the
absence has not been checked by tests, this does not exclude the presence of
negligibly slight traces due to, amongst others, impurities in the components supplied by
external parties and used in the production of such components.

This declaration applies to the material as it leaves its production facilities. It does not cover
any substance(s) or preparation(s) subsequently added and/or inexpert material processing
or article fabrication further down in the supply chain.

Please note carefully that Regulations develop continuously and that SABIC declarations
may be adapted accordingly. This declaration replaces all previous versions relating to this
subject and product, and will be valid for a period of 1 (one) year, after which it will
automatically expire.
