The most highlighted moments that we had
in chapter 6 is choosing a song for our musical
video. We are a little bit confused for what
music we would choose since there are a lot of
suggestions that are made by the members of
the group. Then, we finally decided to open a
poll for us in the messenger to select the best
music to play. The chosen music is entitled,
“Can’t Stop the Feeling” by Justine Timberlake.
Finally, the time is set to present the music
videos in the class and as we observed or
watched the other groups presentations, it was
surprising that the outcome was so excellent
given that we completed the tasks in the
comfort of our own homes and managed to
complete them in unison. Furthermore, we were
not expecting that we had come up different
genres and themes of the music videos of each
group.
Throughout the activity, we were able to
create an output that showcased different
ideas and concepts. We enjoyed capturing
moments of us appreciating life while creating
the output. Members were extremely active
and excelled at their assigned tasks.
Furthermore, because this was our first output
as a group, it fostered camaraderie, particularly
in understanding the various situations of each
member.
The happiness and enjoyment was being
shown throughout the music video. As what
the song says, "cant stop the feeling, so just
dance, dance, dance" we were able to do
things that can make us express our self
gratification. The woman in the picture shows
that she truly enjoyed what she was doing,
everybody does, everybody is. As part of the
members, I can say that we learn best in
moments of enjoyment
Creating the Concept Map
Wherever we go, whatever grade we are in school,
concept map will always have a place in school. So,
we created a concept map out of chapter 7. Then, we
chose the topic of Da Vincian Principle and the Soul
Making inside the concept map. We divided the
group and made sure no one’s left doing nothing. We
have chosen a representative coming from our
members to present our output and it was all worth it.

Choosing the Best Words

As we divided the group into different tasks, we
made sure that we were searching for the correct
sequence on creating the concept map. Everyone in
the group participated and at the same time we are
enjoying it. Not only did we enjoy it but we also
learned a lot on the whole chapter seven.
The Style of our Concept Map
“Our team is composed of different unique people
with great talents.”

The style of our concept map was created by one

of the members of our group and the rest of us just
made criticisms on the color that suits the concept
map. Also, other members were assigned to do
further research about the topic and to proofread the
content written. It is really a collaborative output that
is why the result was overwhelming since everyone
worked for it.
Webinar-Like Presentation
One of the memorable experiences in this
chapter is when we already have our output for
our next presentation. Our classmate and at the
same time our presenter at that time have a
brilliant idea on how he will deliver it to the
class. After the presentation everyone clapped
their hands which gave us the sign, it is one of
the successful outputs we have done.
#Banig

We were tasked to research Banig

products to share and discuss with the
class. Suddenly, a group mate of ours
sent a photo with a text that states
"Sayo lang yayanig kahit naka banig"
and it made us all laugh so hard. That
time became one of our memorable
moments since it served as a reminder
for us to have fun and never stress.
Creating a Certificate of Participation
On-the-Spot
After the class, we immediately work
on the certificates because we have not
prepared anything before the class. So
our leader prepared the certificate for the
class as promised by our presenter and it
also serves as an appreciation to my
classmates who have made it a success
and for cheering us in every presentation
we have.
This was the exact artwork that I have seen when we
visit the virtual Museo Sugbo. It is entitled “The
Illustrious Facets of Philippine Arts” that Mary Ambrosse
Lavarez painted. She made this because she wants to
portray the talents and work of art of her fellow artists
that raised our flag and pride in our country, which is the
Philippines. The painting showcases the Ifugao people,
their houses, the tourist spot which is the Terraces, and
many more. This is also one of my favorite moments
that I would treasure since I have witnessed how
talented my classmates are.

The Video Call
After all of the activities that the group has
done together, there is always a challenge.
We'd meet late at night via messenger call to
discuss the script, the characters, their
costumes, the props, the entire set, and
everything else. There will also be nights when
we practice script reading in order to perfect
our intonation, portrayal, and dialogues. Some
of us can't stay on call for long, due to slow
internet connection and bad signal. But at the
least, we weren't that conscious anymore.
Silence eats up some of our moments but it
was comforting.
#BTS
This is where the difficulties of pausing
surfaced, with the question of whether the
pause is long enough for the next
person/actor to impersonate his
character. There will be scenes where we
will use green screen or something else
for the setting (sari-sari shop, cemetery,
etc.), so finding the right light in video
recording is crucial for the editors. We had
so much fun filming the videos that we
ended up with a lot of retakes and
bloopers.

Some of us also had to find someone

who can help us with the video. It was
awkward to talk to the air, to laugh at
nothingness. But at the same time the
thrill it brings pushed us to do an extra
mile.
THE PROCESS
The real struggle began during the
process. It would take the editors a long time
to edit everything, and they would have to
work with the characters on when they would
upload their videos to the drive so they could
begin editing. The entire video took up so
much memory that uploading it would take
hours. Fortunately, everything went smoothly.
The professor gave us perfect grades, and we
got a slew of positive reviews from our peers.
A drop of sweat is well worth it.
GENERAL IMPRESSION OF THE SUBJECT
Our entire journey in the second term of Art
Appreciation is one of the unforgettable classes we
have for this academic year (2020-2021). The
weekly tasks are challenging for us because of
several reasons, such as poor internet connectivity
and other academic-related matters. But through
collective effort and by utilizing everyone’s talents,
everything becomes possible. Besides, all of our
plans in every project were realized because
everyone in our team uses their full potential. Even
though we have not yet met personally due to the
current health crisis, we are
