Terms and Conditions:

1. ​A non-refundable deposit of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) is required upon reservation, which amount shall
be deductible from the total contract price

For La Piazza Events Village : Refundable cash bond of Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00)

2. ​Two(2) weeks prior the event date is the signing of contract and full payment, as the case may be, shall be paid
by the CLIENT in Cash;
***NO FULL PAYMENT & NO SIGNED CONTRACT, NO CONFIRMATION​.

3. ​Other incidental charges to be settled immediately after the event, which payment shall be made in cash.

4. ​All cancellations shall be made two (2) weeks before the scheduled date for both in-house and off-premise
functions to avoid cancellation charges. Only written cancellations shall be honoured or entertained by the Sales
& Marketing Office. Cancellation fee shall be charged accordingly, as follows:

Cancellation fee shall be based on the total contract price.

5. Any amount which the event venue may charge such as, but not limited to, electricity fee, water usage, entrance
fee or cash bond, shall be solely borne by the CLIENT.

For events outside Metro Manila, the actual cost of the delivery vary based on the locations and extent of actual set
up.

Processing of working permits for the venue is not included in the catering contract.
