Total Payable to Be Contractor = Php 000,000.00

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
1. 30% down payment of total demolition cost upon mobilization to the demolition site.
2. Remaining balance of 70% upon completion of the project.

SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Demolition of whole structure to the ground level.

2. Use of equipment’s or machineries to speed up demolition procedure with the help of
manual man power.
3. Clearing and hauling of all debris and garbage’s to its appropriate dumping site
except soil.

CONDITIONS:
1. All salvageable items (wood, concrete, steel, glass, lighting fixtures, wiring, tiles, and
all other salvageable items inside the structure, will be for the account of the
demolition contractor.
2. Insurance, wages and coverage of all workers that will undergo the demolition
services for the account of the contractor.
3. All government permits necessary for the demolition of the said structure, are for the
account of the contractor.
4. Project duration is thirty (30) working days upon issuance of demolition permit.
