    I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to report on your good office that my
    Converge internet connection was down or disconnected on the following dates:
    October 26 to October 31 (TS Quinta)
    November 2 to November 26 (TS Rolly and TS Ulysses)
    November 26 until now
    I am asking for reasonable bill adjustment from my subscription based on the abovementioned
    disconnected dates.
