LEARNING INTERVENTION PROGRAM (LIP) PLAN


FIRST QUARTER
SY 2020 - 2021

I. Objectives:

 To reduce of Grade V- Dedeles non-readers in all medium of instructions.


 To ensure participation of learners and parents in addressing school issues in non-
readers.

II. Target Learners:

1. Acabal, Marven B.
2. Jabel, Mark Kim M.
3. Pace, Arthur James A.

III. Program Implementers:

1. Class Adviser- The adviser will teach and guide the learners during the remediation class
in order to meet the standard and to lessen the non-readers.
2. Principal- a. Approves the Learning Intervention Program Plan
b. Quality Assures the Intervention Plan and IMs
c. Monitors the implementation of the program
3. Parents of the Learners- The parents will be informed of the program and their full
cooperation will be quest during the remedial lessons.

IV. Procedures/Mechanics:

After conducting an Oral Reading Verification (ORV) 1 st Quarter, all their respective
reading abilities were analyzed. Thorough analyzation of the results there are three pupils of
Grade V – Dedeles got the low performance reading abilities as reflected on their Oral Reading
Verification (ORV) during the First Quarter because of the specific results, they led to plan in
thorough intervention. The three learners must undergo remediation in reading of English and
Filipino because the Oral Reading Verification (ORV) shows that they get the low performance
and fail to pass the examination.
The identification of the names of these targeted pupils will make the teacher to enhance
and improve the instructional design that includes the development of Instructional Materials on
this program.
The Principal shall 1st Quality Assure on the Learning Intervention Program (LIP) Plan
and the Reading Materials and IMs developed and enhanced in order to promote pieces of
learning before the implementation stage.
Conference must be done right away, the parents of the targeted learners must informed
of the Learning Intervention Program. Their full cooperation and enthusiasm shall also be part of
the program will be quest during the remedial lessons.
