 Motivation

Objectives:

At the end of the session, the students will be able to:

 explain the effectiveness of motivation as a function of communication; and

 present a play showing motivation as a function of communication.

ACTIVITY (10 minutes)

Inspire me!
 The students will watch a movie clip about the life of Nick Vujichich.

ANALYSIS (10 minutes)

The teacher will begin the discussion by asking the following questions:

1. What did you feel after watching the video clip?

2. What is the message of the speaker?
3. How can you apply the message in your own career path?

ABSTRACTION (10 minutes)

The power point presentation will highlight the following:

 Discussion of the concepts of motivation as function of communication.

APPLICATION (30 minutes)

Form a group of five to six members and role play the following showing
motivation.
 In school

Assignment:
Conduct an interview of a successful individual in the community.
