1. Define communication in your own words and explain why it is important in your
everyday life.
Communication is more than just sending, transmiting, and delivering message to an
individual or audiences it has more complexity behind that, communication can either be
done verbally or non-verbally.

It is really important to know how communication process works since in our everyday life
we do communicate with other people and none of us wants to experience any
miscommunication issues between the people that are our acquaintances, friends, or
relatives because that's really kind of devastating and not easy to deal with.

The importance of Communications in our daily life will be stated in the following:
First, Whatever your status is whether you're still a student, a professional, or just a person
who stays at home. You can never deny that you won't ever last a day without actually
communicating with someone my 10th Grade teacher told me that 'No man lives just for
himself' whatever you're about to say, take note that you will always communicate with
some since that's already part of our system as a human.

Another one, just to be more specific let's take it for example as a student, How do you
share ideas and insights on your class? How do you actually interact with your teachers or
classmates? by what? "COMMUNICATION" because Telepathy never works inside the
classroom, you need to speak up which means communicating verbally, you have to jot
down your thoughts and ideas and let other people know which is also part of non-verbal
communicating.

Also, at work. How do you convince your clients? How do you present your presentation?
You would never convince any clients if you don't know how to effectively communicate
with them- that would lead to your lowest sales man, trust me . and if ever you know the
right gestures, language or skills that you needed to know for presenting a brilliant
presentation, the higher bosses must like it and you might get that promotion that you
deserve.

Lastly, at home if you're a parent. when you wanted to raise your children with good values
and easily implant them with principles that they needed to be used with as WORKSHEETS
they grow up. 2
Have a stable and strong communication with them, they don't listen to the person they
don't wanna listen to just because they're entitled as their child's 'Parents' they will listen
to the person that they 'love' and 'respect' and that two things is earned when you have a
good communication with your children.

For the conclusion, as what I've said in the beginning it is more than just sending,
transmiting, and delivering messages. It has much more complexity than we used to think,
it is important that when we communicate we make sure that we do it intentionally and
properly to let ourselves grow and learn, we communicate to be more productive as an
individual to survive in life and for other people, we communicate because we love the
person we're communicating to, and that's how important communication is in our daily
lives.
