Why is this a problem? : Conflicts arises both in Human and Economic Injustices

Conflicts between people in all
aspects of TRI-People.
Lack of opportunity to raise
their concerns in regards with
the Tribal and Religious sector’s
problems.
Weak Peace and Order
Implementation that resulted to
many conflicts including shoot
to kill incidents in the city.
Conflicts had low percentage to Weak Governance
be solved since some uses
power and connections to
prevent possibilities to
happened.

Economic conflicts especially in
job and entrepreneurship
opportunities for Tribal and
religious related sector.
High requirements for job Employer looks at the
applicants and background of the employee in
entrepreneurship. terms of tribal and religious
background that may resulted
to racism and discrimination.
Humiliation get by the Racism and Discrimination
employees from their towards people belongs to
colleagues and employer that tribal and religious sector.
can result to quitting the job
and may result for extreme
poverty.

Environmental conflicts in
floody area in General Santos
City
Floods is a result of too much
garbage and deforestation.
Charcoal making in highlands
(rural areas) like Barangay
Sinawal, Conel and San Jose.
Business owners who buyed farm
and aqua-culture lands in order to
convert subdivisions, swimming
resorts and other establishments.
Lack of environmental related local
ordinances to prevent business
related establishments and lack of
mobilities and equipments during
rescue operations during the
floods.
