ROD Requirements for Transfer

1. Registered deed of Conveyance such as

a. Deed of Sale

b. Extrajudicial Partition

c. Deed of Donation etc.

*2 digitalized copies from Registry of Deeds

2. If Titled (submit 2 digitalized copies from Registry of Deeds)

3. Transfer Tax from PTO

4. Certificate of Tax Payment from MTO

5. BIR Clearance/e-CAR on Capital Gains Tax/Estate Tax/Donor’s Tax

6. DAR Clearance if land is Agricultural

7. Subdivision Plan (if land is subdivided)

8. Certified true copy of ARP/Tax declaration

9. Special Power od Attorney (If not the Land owner)

Note: submit # 3-9 two (2) copies each
