Course Title: Organization and Management LAB Units: 0 The course is designed to familiarize the students with the basic concepts, principles,

management. Particular emphasis will be given to the study of management functions

CONTENT The learners have an understanding of the basic concepts and theories of management, the role of business in the environment and how the environment affects the firm.

PERFORMANCE The learners shall be able to apply management theories and concepts in solving business cases, analyze the various environmental forces affecting the firm, and summarize these using
