Remark:
Since the textbook is heavily public speech oriented all assignments are a preparation for a public speech in the
way that is the best for the student. I do not require them to hand in homework, or indeed to write it as a full text,
if they can make a speech based on a few key words they jot down for the speech.
In other words, while I do encourage them to write the full text, it is not a requirement, as long as they can deliver
a spoken report on the topic (whether reading from what they prepared or not).
