Abstract
Objective:
To study and explore the use of AI in noise cancellation that has been
witnessing an increase in use for decreasing background noise in the meetings that are
taking place virtually in software and apps like Google Meet, Zoom, etc during the
covid-19 outbreak.
Methods:
Noise mainly refers to unwanted sounds that hinders wanted sounds, for
example traffic, people chatting, or someone listening to music very loudly. Noise is
mainly filtered out using the filter method. In this method, only the background noise
is recorded first and then when the speaker is speaking, this noise is negated from the
overall audio.
Significance:
Noise cancellation has gained a sudden increase of value because of all the
virtual meetings going on nowadays due to people not leaving their homes and opting
work-from-home and the case is same for all the students who are attending online
classes. So, the more a software is able to eliminate noise, the more pleasant to use it
becomes and thus increases user experience and leads to more people getting

INTRODUCTION
Noise cancellation has gained a sudden increase of value because of all the virtual meetings
going on nowadays due to people not leaving their homes and opting work-from-home and
the case is same for all the students who are attending online classes. So, the more a software
is able to eliminate noise, the more pleasant to use it becomes and thus increases user
experience and leads to more people getting comfortable with virtual meetings.
1.2 Objective
To study and explore the use of AI in noise cancellation that has been witnessing an increase
in use for decreasing background noise in the meetings that are taking place virtually in
software and apps like Google Meet, Zoom, etc during the covid-19 outbreak.
Noise mainly refers to unwanted sounds that hinders wanted sounds, for example traffic,
people chatting, or someone listening to music very loudly. Noise is mainly filtered out using
the filter method. In this method, only the background noise is recorded first and then when
the speaker is speaking, this noise is negated from the overall audio.
Today, however, researchers, teachers and designers of learning resources are beginning to
ask how this powerful new medium might be used to support children’s learning. This review
is intended as a timely introduction to current thinking about the role of computer games in
supporting children’s learning inside and out of school. It highlights the key areas of research
in the field, in particular the increasing interest in pleasurable learning, learning through
doing and learning through collaboration, that games seem to offer.
These companies are constantly developing their applications to better filter out background
noise like, chatter of people or sound of traffic, etc.
The better the noise cancellation, the better the understanding of the discussion that takes
place in the meetings.

CHAPTER 4
CONCLUSION
Thus, we successfully studied and explored the use of AI in noise cancellation that has been
witnessing an increase in use for decreasing background noise in the meetings that are taking
place virtually in software and apps like Google Meet, Zoom, etc during the covid-19
outbreak.
