ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 To develop and deploy appropriate Strategies, Action Plans -
Short Term and Long Term to take forward the School
 To provide Leadership with administration to enhance the
overall performance of the school.
 Ensure delivery of academic and value-added programs
comprehensively within set parameters of quality, cost and
timelines.
 Ensure teaching, evaluation and assessments of students and
Teachers at highest standards.
 Execute with high standards the administrative duties of the
Principal with regards to internal functioning and as an
interface with external authorities and stakeholders.
 To be In-charge of admissions, time table, allocation of
duties, supervision of staff, ensuring facilities including
Transportation, in accordance with mandates and managing
infrastructure as per mandates prescribed by managing
committee and Regulatory Bodies.
 Networking, Coordination and Trouble shooting in liaison
with Directorate of Education, CBSE, NCERT, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Master’s Degree (or its equivalent) with B. Ed. with minimum
8 - 10 years of experience of teaching of High or Higher
Secondary/Intermediate classes.
