Dakshana is looking for excellent graduates who are passionate about teaching and wish to make a
difference in society.
We select under-privileged students from all over the country, through a selection test, and then
help them prepare for JEE Advanced and NEET free of cost at our COEs (Centres of Excellence).
Our locations are Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Bundi (Rajasthan), Lucknow, Kottayam (Kerala) and
Silvassa. All our COEs are located in rural areas and are mostly Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, a chain
of schools run by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. To know more about us, visit

Job Description:
During the training program, faculty will be engaged in attending classes, solving doubt, reviewing
study material, preparing questions for practice test.
Skills: Should have passion for teaching; should have the ability to learn, plan, multi-task and adapt
to changing priorities, and co-ordinate complex workloads; must be extremely professional, reliable,
diligent and punctual, have a high level of personal integrity; Good verbal and writing skills in English
and Hindi.
Location: For the academic session (2020-21) faculty will be trained at Dakshana Pune campus and
later will be deployed at other locations.
