The Importance of Water

Water is essential to our life.We cannot live without water because water is important and
useful for survival for example for blood transport , for washing and for source of power in olden
times.

Water is one of the most important components in our body. It is important to our body
because it transports blood. Through blood, water carries nutrients to all cells in our body and
oxygen to our brain. Next, water transports food as it allows the body to absorb and assimilate
minerals, vitamins, amino acids, glucose and other substances. Other than that, when we drink
enough water, we can produce sweat. Sweat cools down the body so it helps to regulate body
temperature. Water also helps to flush out toxins and waste. Therefore, there are the benefits of
drinking water.

Another importance of water is for washing and cleaning. It is important to keep our body,
clothes and house hygienic so that we can live comfortably and we can feel happy. We can use water
to shower, to wash our hair and our body. We also can wash our clothes and our shoes as well as we
can mop the house and wash the floor. We can wash our car and motorcycle too. Therefore, it is
important to have water at home.

Lastly, water is important for other purposes. For example water is used for transportation,
source of power for factories and steam ships.For these purposes,hydroelectric power is generated.
This can save energy because water is free and can be found at the river waterfall and ocean .
Therefore , not only water can save money it also can save the environment.

In conclusion, water keeps humans, animals and plants alive. We cannot live without
water. So, come rain or shine, we have to make sure our water is not polluted and is always clean.
The government must take action to fine whoever polluted the water sources.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Service Hotel at Hotel Royals Chulan

Referring to the above matter, I would like to complain about a service your hotel was not
satisfactory.

2. On 28 January 2021, my friends and I stayed in your hotel when we arrived the rooms were not
ready. We booked double rooms with single beds but were given rooms with double beds.The
complaints at the facilities at the hotel were there was no coffee - making machine as advertised, the
air- conditioner was not working and the pillows were dirty. When we made complaints, hotel staff
were rude and unhelpful.

3. I am asking you to follow the customers’ booking at your hotel for example, give them
double rooms with single beds like they want. Put the coffee- making machine as advertised, repair
air- conditioners and chance the dirty pillows. When we made complaints, hotel staff were rude and
unhelpful. I hope your staff hotel can respect your customers and helpfully.

4. I really hope that you can attend to this matter promptly.

Good morning to the principal, teachers and students. My name is Zuri from ‘School
Counselling’. Thank you for inviting me.The topic of my speech today is about ‘The Need For Safety’.
You have to give focus to what I want to say. Angry prompts stress hormones and it is bad for heart
rate and blood pressure. It can damage heart muscle and make the heartbeat irregular. It also can
cause a heart attack.

You should need to learn to deal with yourself. The new techniques stress on shifting anger
from heart to head. That means, shifting the anger from an emotional level to an intellectual level.
You should control yourself to calm down. This is very important for yourself to control your anger. If
your anger still does not go away you need to see a doctor for further treatment. You do not have to
worry because the doctor will give good treatment to you.

This action should be taken accordingly to reduce your anger. Every week you need to see a
doctor to ease your anger. Organise your thoughts, think clearly and use your head. Before you want
to be angry, you can take a deep breath to pull yourself together and do not lash out quickly. If you
are very angry and things are getting out of hand, you can see a doctor to check on you. That is all
