Program Objective
The Emerging Leaders Program is designed for High Potential o cers at middle management level. The
purpose of this program is to equip participants with the required mindset, leadership skills and business
acumen to successfully take on positions of higher responsibility in a VUCA world. This is a residential
program at TSMDC, Dimna consisting of 5 modules, spread over 7 months, as detailed below:

Methodology
The program methodology will be highly interactive, with a mix of psychometric instruments, group
activities, role plays, case studies and simulations. In addition to the above faculty-led modules , we
would also assign participants relevant e-learning modules through CrossKnowledge, a globally
reputed digital learning solution from Wiley.
