2.1.1 Questionnaire
There are few questions designed for users to answer through the Google form that was created by our
team. In a survey, the researcher uses a questionnaire to gather information from the respondents to
answer the research questions. A questionnaire is a very convenient way of collecting information
from a large number of people within a period of time. (Ng Chirk Jenn, 2006)
Analysis of Questionnaire
Question justification To figure out what is the point of user will visit
to website
Analysis According to the questionnaire, most user visit
the website to obtain the restaurant’s details
Impact on design The content of current website are useful for the
user and the new design need to add on other
features instead of re-figure what the user need.

Justification: According to the implemented
questionnaire data collection, 63.2% of users are
younger and visit to Super Dining’s website
before.

By obtaining the data gathering activity, the team can figure out and define the data requirements for
the new design of Super Dining website.
