If you have to choose between Publicis Sapient and DXC Technology, go for Publicis
Sapient, hands down!

I worked at Publicis Sapient for six years and only left for a leadership role.
The company has an amazing work culture. It has highly supportive, progressive and
competent leaders who have created a beautiful and nurturing work culture. If you read
Publicis Sapient Bangalore reviews on Medium, you will immediately notice that everyone in
the company is in awe of the culture. The company culture is simply mesmerizing to put in
simple words. Here are a few other things that make Publicis Sapient stand out.

1. Salary – I can bet the salary offered by Publicis Sapient is way more than
other companies in its league. A few colleagues and references who joined PS (we call
Publicis Sapient as PS lovingly) got an upper limit of their expectations. So, no questions
there!

2. Positive atmosphere – Even though we’re surrounded by stakeholders from abroad, we

never feel that we’re subordinates and instead we feel like an extension of the team sitting
abroad. Stakeholders are always encouraging. Similarly, the environment in the office
premises is calming and relaxing.

3. Frequent get-togethers and parties - With a 5-days workweek and weekend parties and
get-togethers, it never feels like that it’s all work. Managers are generous to take their teams
out for eating and fun. So, it’s not all work at Publicis Sapient. Instead it’s a work hard and

4. Learning and development – Honestly, Publicis Sapient is the only company where I
have experienced so much learning. While I was at PS, I would do at least one training every

5. Encouragement and positivity – Everywhere you go in the office, you will

find everyone very positive. Senior managers are always encouraging people for their
achievements, no matter how small.

DXC Technology
I can’t tell much about DXC Technology. However, from what I have heard from a few
friends who work there, it’s a good company, still trying to gain grounds in the industry.

If you’ve an offer letter from DXC Technology, it is advisable to do due

diligence and know about the company inside out. You can read about its reviews on
Glassdoor, Ambition Box, Indeed, and many more such places.

Not sure what your priorities are – but if it’s work culture, Publicis Sapient
would be a great choice.
