Teresa Diagan came to our house one early

morning to ask permission from my mother Mrs. Jacinta K. Adchao to built a house in
my lot located at Poblacion Banaue, Ifugao. The house that will be built would be used
for her business. [Punlauwan]
My mother do not like and did not permit Mrs Diagan to build her house but Mrs
Diagan told my mother to build her house so that the interest of the debt [utang] of
auntie Theresa Puddunan[youngest sister of Jacinta Adchao] amounting to more or less
Ph 395 000.00 will stop. Mrs. Teresa Diagan added further that in the near future when
your children [referring to the children of Jacinta Adchao] have money they will return
the expenses used to build the house. My mother pitied her sister so she permitted the
house to be built in her lot.

Without our knowledge, Mrs. Judith Bulayungan, return the expenses use to build
the house including the utang of auntie Theresa Puddunan to Mrs. Teresa Diagan.

On 2018, auntie Theresa ask me that she will return the money of Judith
Bulayungan but I did not agree. I told auntie Theresa that I will be the one to change the
money of Judith Bulayungan so that I will use the house to build a business since I do
not have work for a very long time.

Last February, 2021, I have seen that they are improving the flooring of the first
floor. Manang Juanita Namuhmuh, my sister went to check and verify why are they
improving the flooring of the first floor. Auntie Theresa Puddunan answered that she
returned the money of Judith Bulayungan since she bought the land to Dangayo which
is a lie. We tried to settle with them but the children refuse. They told us to bring it to
the Barangay government unit of Poblacion for formality. We ask them to stop improving
the house until all are settled but still they continue improving. They brought the case to
the barangay Lupon and hoping it will be settled there but it did not. The Barangay
Lupon ask auntie Theresa to stop improving but still they continued. The Lupon and its
member are trying to help us settle this problem but we did not come to an agreement
since the son of auntie Theresa Puddunan [Ian Puddunan] demand for the interest of
the money they use to pay Mrs. Bulayungan which we did not agree.
