Subject: WRITTEN EXPLANATION

1. As stipulated in Deped Order #11 s2020, also known as the Revised Guidelines
on Alternative Work Arrangements in the Department of Education During the
Period of State of National Emergency Due to COVID-19 Pandemic all DepEd
Personnel are required to submit their Individual Target Deliverables and
Individual Work Accomplishment Report.
2. It was further stipulated in the memorandum that no record of accomplishment
means no work has been performed for the day, thus, subjecting the staff to
absence.
3. The submission of the Individual Target Deliverables and Work Accomplishment
was also given emphasis during the school-based professional meeting via
google meet last June 23, 2020 (SM 08, s2020) wherein the deadline of
submission for week 1-4 was set on June 24, 2020.
4. However, despite the notices/reminders, the teachers listed below failed to
comply with the said requirements and are requested to submit a written letter
of explanation within 24 hours stating their reason why they failed to submit the
needed report.
