Making India a strong and prosperous nation on

the basis of love through Positive Nationalism

Mission: Desh Ki Baat

Today, we need to find solution of those unanswered questions for which our
forefathers had sacrificed their lives during Independence struggle. During British
Rule, Our forefathers sacrificed their lives to get freedom from slavery. We got our
freedom because of their altruism, their dedication to the cause of freedom. They
gave up everything their entire lives and all their resources. Even at the time of
Slavery, we ate, we slept and we had social rituals similar to current times in the
society. After so many sacrifices, do we really have freedom today?
After so many years of independence from the British Rule, the labourers
are still living a life worse than animals, the farmers are still in peril, the students
are wandering with their hard-earned degrees to get jobs but they are still
unemployed. Thus, the question arises, What we have achieved since
independence? Why has the women not got an equitable position in the society??
Why the labourers who build our nation are still living a hellish life? Will we get
food if farmers and labourers do not work in the fields? If the workers stop
working in the factories, will the path of development of our nation still carry on?
Why our farmers and labourers are still living a miserable life?
I believe that since independence, India has taken steps towards the journey
of its development, but in the process a large mountain of negativity and problems
has also been piled up. Today the whole nation, especially the youths are looking
out for a solution to these negativity and problems. They are making every effort to
find appropriate answers to these problems for which they are exploring the pages
of our Indian history and are willing to accept the future challenges.
In such times, it is being claimed as a solution to these problems that if India
is made a nation of a religion, then all the problems will be solved. We all know
that people of many religions live in the nation of India, who love the country,
while trying to create a nation of one religion, hatred towards other religions has to
be spread, that's why we call it Negative Nationalism.
Can this Negative Nationalism solve the problems of unemployment? Does
this Negative Nationalism offer a solution to the problems of students? Does it
offer a way to solve the farmer’s problems? Can this Negative Nationalism offer a

4
solution to the problems of the Dalits, the oppressed and the Adivasis who have
been disrespected and have suffered for centuries? Can this Negative Nationalism
make India a developed, resourceful, and prosperous nation? No, it does not have
that intention and potential.
To make India a developed, resourceful and prosperous nation, Positive
Nationalism is the only way and need of the hour. Some readers might be thinking
that nationalism is nationalism, what is negative or positive about it? This must be
thought over with a calm mind. A human mind can think in positive or negative
ways in every aspects of life. Similarly, a thought can also be positive or negative.
Similarly, an act can be positive or negative in their roles. An outcome of an act
can be positive or negative. Similarly, an impact of nationalism can be negative or
positive in the nation either it can Unite the Nation or Divide the Nation.
Negative Nationalism is claiming a solution in which it is being claimed that if
India is made a nation of a particular religion, then all the problems of India will be
solved. What is Negative Nationalism? Two different kinds of nationalism arise in
two different historical circumstances in the world such as Negative Nationalism
and Positive Nationalism.
The question will arise in the minds of the people that how to recognize
Negative Nationalism and Positive Nationalism? Negative Nationalism is used as a
tool to suppress the others and spread hatred while Positive Nationalism fights for
justice and rights and spreads peace and love. Negative Nationalism is used to
enslave common people while Positive Nationalism fights for freedom of citizens.
After dominating its own people, societies and communities within its own
country, Negative Nationalism wants to dominate other nation. Due to Negative
Nationalism and its tendency to dominate other nations, the world has suffered
twice world war and genocide. Positive Nationalism fights for justice, fights for
rights, fights for freedom and fights for humanity and fraternity within the world. If
you think that people are getting organized for justice then understand that there is
Positive Nationalism. If people are organizing for equitable share, then understand
that there is Positive Nationalism. If people are fighting for freedom, then
understand that there is Positive Nationalism. If people are fighting for humanity,
fraternity and equality, then understand that there is Positive Nationalism. If
people are fighting for supremacy over others, then understand that there is
Negative Nationalism. If people are fighting to degrade others or to enslave others,
then understand that there is Negative Nationalism. If a nation is fighting for
5
enslaving other country, dominating it or fighting for plunder, then understand that
there is Negative Nationalism.
Can Negative Nationalism solve problems in the future? To have a better
understanding, it is very important to research the pages of history. According to
the hypothesis of Negative Nationalism, any nation can become strong, move
forward and organizing itself to solve its problems when it has one religion, one
language and one race. Negative Nationalism says don’t think with your mind just
follow as herd of sheep. Negative Nationalism promotes superstition. On behalf of
Positive Nationalism, I want to tell you, open your mind and heart, open all the
senses, then think, understand and think again, then believe it.
I would like to put two examples of the experiments of Negative
Nationalism in the world. The first example is Germany, where the picture of
Negative Nationalism developed on the basis of one race, one language and one
religion, its culmination came under the leadership of Adolf Hitler. What was the
outcome of this Negative Nationalism? First outcome, Millions of people was
massacred inside Germany. The blood of sons and daughters of the same country
was shed. The Second outcome, Germany split into two parts and the Third
outcome, the hero claiming to make the country powerful, forced himself to
commit suicide. When you bring negativity to its peak, negativity spreads within
the society and also within yourself. It has done destruction in the past and is still
doing it today and will do it tomorrow, it can never lead to development path. This
is what the history of Germany teaches us.
Besides Positive Nationalism, even Negative Nationalism is seen in India
during Independence Freedom struggle. Due to Negative Nationalism Two-Nation
Theory came into existence which was initiated by the British rule through
formation of Hindu Mahashabha and All India Muslim League. Two-Nation
Theory was based on, that people of two different religions cannot live together
peacefully or in unity or in harmony and to secure the future of people there is a
need to create two nations based on religion. On Independence day in 1947, we see
the outcome of this theory which was the division of the country into India and
Pakistan. Hence, 15 August 1947 is the day of independence of this country and 15
August 1947 is also the day of the fragmentation of this country. This country was
fragmented and a new country, Pakistan, was created on the basis of religion
claiming that the path of progress would open in this new country, everyone would
be guaranteed education, everyone would get employment.

6
We all know that Pakistan which was formed on the basis of religion has
three consequences. Firstly, thousand of thousands of people were slaughtered
inside Pakistan due to the large scale terrorism. Secondly, Pakistan became
fragmented into two nations, such as Pakistan and Bangladesh, even after having
the majority of people living there are of same religion. Thirdly, most the national
heroes of Pakistan were assassinated or forced to commit suicide.
The sons and daughters of Pakistan, a nation which was formed on the basis
of religion were not guaranteed education, all were not guaranteed employment,
and women’s were not guaranteed freedom. Pakistan could not become a
developed and organized nation of the world and eventually got fragmented. Due
to Negative Nationalism, after the defeat in World War II, Germany got was
fragmented into two parts, East Germany and West Germany, a period known as
the division of Germany. When Pakistan could not stay unified, Germany could
not stay unified, then how will India stay unified if it becomes a nation based on
one religion?
On the basis of religion, on the basis of race, on the basis of language,
nations were neither able to be unified yesterday nor could be unified today.
Yesterday, they could not reach the heights of progress and development nor can
they reach today. All the youth of the country who are under the illusion that by
becoming a nation on the basis of one religion will open the way for India's
progress, will open the way to prosperity, will open the way of employment and
India will become the best nation in the world. I would request all those youths to
contemplate, examine and understand the history of these two countries, Germany
and Pakistan with a thoughtful mind.
The second claim of Negative Nationalism is that they are preserving India's
civilization and culture this claim needs to be examined in depth. Today, Indian
youth are joining the campaign of Negative Nationalism under the same illusion
that if the country does not develop, then at least our religion, our society, our
civilization, our Indian culture will be protected. All those young people need to
browse the pages of history that what is Indian civilization and culture?

Is the culture and tradition during Indus Valley civilization a part of Indian
culture or not? Whether our civilization, culture and tradition developed during the
Vedic period is a part of Indian civilization and culture or not? The civilization and
culture that developed during the Jain period, is it a part of Indian civilization and
7
culture or not? Whether the civilization and culture developed during the Buddhist
period is a part of Indian civilization and culture or not? Whether the entire
campaign of the Bhakti movement of Kabir, Nanak, Jaayasi, Dadu, Meera is part
of the Indian civilization and culture or not? Whether the civilization, culture and
tradition developed in one of the longest Indian Freedom Struggle in the world
from 1757 to 1947, is part of India's civilization and culture or not? If we exclude
these parts of civilization and culture from the pages of our history, then what will
be left in India's civilization and culture, by excluding these neither Indian history
can be preserved nor India's future can be secured.
Today it is being said that if you are nationalist, then you will have to speak
a particular language, you will have to believe in a particular religion, you will
have to accept a particular culture, you will have to follow a particular ideology. If
your views and ideologies are different and if you don’t agree with religion based
Ideology, then you are an Anti-National. What has been our tradition? The oldest
texts of India are the Vedas. In India, Rigveda was originated, Samaveda was
originated, Atharvaveda was originated and Yajurveda was also orginated. If there
would have been only one kind of thought process in India, then four Vedas would
not have been originated. There are nine ancient darshans (Philosophies) in India.
These nine philosophies of India's culture and civilization were propounded by
different Rishis and by different Maharishis. In India, if there is an atheistic
philosophy like Charvaka philosophy, then there is also a theistic philosophy like
Vedanta philosophy. As Charvaka philosophy also arises in India, even Jain
philosophy, Buddhist philosophy, Samkhya philosophy, Yoga philosophy,
Vaishesikha philosophy, Mimamsa philosophy and Nyaya philosophy also arises
in India. Apart from this, we have eighteen puranas. What message does these four
Vedas, nine darshans and eighteen Puranas gives? They give a message that in our
Indian civilization and culture, there was freedom to everyone to contemplate, to
think, to understand according to their knowledge, discretion and behavior and
then discuss it with the people. The tradition of Four Vedas, Nine darshans and
Eighteen puranas is embedded in our Indian culture. .
If we try to look into the pages of Indian history, many people say that once
upon a time India was a golden bird. India discovered zero and gave a numerical
revolution to the world. This was the time when we had the freedom to
contemplate, to think, to understand and to discuss with one another. India had a
different scenario before Manusmriti was implemented by a certain higher social
layer of the society to suppress gender and other social layers for supremacy and

8
dominance. Due to the teachings of Manusmriti, our thinking got narrower, our
talents slowly diminished, and when the talents diminished the path of our slavery
was opened and eventually our path of development was closed. Therefore, when
we talk about Indian civilization and culture, I want to tell all the Indian youth that
the path to a new India will be paved by collecting the positive aspects of the
overall civilization and culture of India. With negative thinking and superstitious
tradition India can never move forward to its development path.
We need spirituality as well as sciences both have equal importance in life
and society. Where spirituality is required for the development of personality and
positive thinking for people, science and technology are needed for the
development of the country. By following the path of superstition and hypocrisy,
neither a person nor a nation can be developed; neither Indians nor India can be
empowered. Therefore, if Indian civilization and culture is to be advanced, then we
have to revive the traditions from Buddha to Vivekananda and from Kabir to
Bhagat Singh. I want to say responsibly that the tradition from Buddha to
Vivekananda and Kabir to Bhagat Singh has been a glorious tradition of India. The
highest qualities of our Indian civilization and culture are embedded in our
tradition which is based on asceticism, on sacrifice and on martyrdom.
Any person, any society and any nation can move forward only by reviving
and combining positive aspects of its history. This is what history has taught us and
the future rests on it. Therefore, I want to tell the Indian youth that if the country
has to move forward, then we have to develop and strengthen the positive aspects
of Indian civilization and culture, and move ahead by avoiding its negative aspects.
If you have to move ahead in life then you have to be free from the negative
thoughts inside you and the badness inside you. When you develop the positive
energy inside you, only then you will be able to move forward. If you store
negative energy just because it is your own and if you continue with it, then it will
cause destruction. But if you accept positive energy and adopt it and pursue it, then
the path of development will be opened, the path to prosperity will be opened, and
the path to happiness will be opened. When we combine negative aspects of our
tradition inscribed in our pages of history then it is Negative Nationalism. When
we move ahead by combining the positive aspects of all traditions, beliefs and
culture of our history and the positive energy inside them then it is Positive
Nationalism.

9
The third claim of the pioneers of Negative Nationalism is that they are the
biggest patriots. There is a need to understand this claim deeply. During the Indian
Freedom Struggle the thinkers and speculators of negative ideology and Negative
Nationalism were borned and established their organization all over the country. I
want to tell you that millions of people sacrificed their lives in 1857 freedom
struggle for the independence of this country, these people were not influenced by
the thought process of Negative Nationalism. Martyr Kartar Singh Sarabha
sacrified his life willingly for his country, he was not influenced by the thoughts
of Negative Nationalism. Thousand of thousands of young people like Madan Lal
Dhingra, Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Pandit Ram Prasad Bismil, Ashfaqulla
Khan kissed the gallows willingly and became martyr for the country, they were
not influenced by the Negative Nationalist ideology and did not give their
martyrdom for the Negative Nationalism but they sacrificed their life for freedom
of India and they were influenced with the thoughts of Positive Nationalism.
Even today, the leaders of Negative Nationalism find it difficult to name a
person of their ideology who participated in the Indian freedom struggle. During
the Independence Freedom struggle, did we find a single name of any person from
Negative Nationalism Ideology who sacrificed their life for this country. There is
only one name which has been revolving around in the air is Vinayak Damodar
Savarkar. Vinayak Damodar Savarkar had two lives. On one end, he was
influenced by the Unity of Hindu and Muslim during the freedom struggle of 1857
and on the other end when he was pressurized by the Britishers in the prison of
Kala Pani, he apologized to the British rule and submitted his mafinama agreeing
not to have any further involvement in the Indian freedom struggle and in return he
was pardoned and released from the prison. After this, contrary to the tradition of
Positive Nationalism of 1857, he becomes a propagator of Negative Nationalism.
Thus the fire that was burning inside him for India's independence was
extinguished and he broke away from the Indian freedom movement. The question
arises that those people who are claiming nationalism and patriotism today? within
their ideological organization, why were they not able to form teams of young men
to fight for the freedom struggle of this country? Why they did not unfurl the
National Flag of India for a long time?
I want to tell you that Negative Nationalism can create a sense of domination
in this nation, can put some people to throne; but it cannot conserve Indian culture
and civilization. Negative Nationalism cannot create the temperament of giving up
one’s life for the betterment of the nation, cannot create an altruist ethos, cannot

10
make people think of sacrificing their lives for good cause, and cannot make India
united to become a strong nation. Negative Nationalism does not have this
capability. This is not about opposing any individuals thought but this is about the
ideology that does not have a solution in the end. The ideology which could not
find a solution in the past and in present time even after reaching at the pinnacle of
political power, this ideology is unable to find a solution, How it is possible for
such an ideology to give us a solution for the future, we are skeptical about it.
As they cannot find a solution to problem, therefore, to grab power they
need to spread the feeling of hatred, have to instigate communal violence; have to
make people fight against each other. And when communal violence happens,
fights take place, hatred is spread all over, then the intensity of the problem
increases more than before. When the problem increases then more riots will occur
and more hatred will be spread all over. A series of hatred and riots is a cycle
through which if the sons and daughters of India did not think of a way out today,
then the day is not far enough when we will be stuck in a blind path where there is
a no way to get out of it. And as problem catches more fire, more violence is
unleashed. The cycle of hatred and communal violence is such a labyrinth that if
today the youth of India do not think about a way of coming out of it, then soon we
will be caught in such a blind path where there will be no way for us to come out
of it.
If Negative Nationalism does not have a solution to this, then it is significant
to figure out what is the solution that Positive Nationalism has to offer, for the sake
of opposition, opposing someone does not give us any solution. For solutions, a
new way of positive thinking is needed, new foundations are needed, and new
initiatives are needed.
As I said earlier, Negative Nationalism stands on the foundation of hatred,
whereas Positive Nationalism stands on the foundation of love and affection. The
first aspect of Negative Nationalism is to break the unity by dividing people. The
formula of Negative Nationalism is creating cracks and differences between hearts
to rule the country, whereas Positive Nationalism is all about joining the hearts
with love, affection and unifying the people for creating positive political
governance to solve problems of the country. What does Positive Nationalism say?
It says that to make the nation stronger every citizen living in the nation, whether
belonging to any religion or any caste, or of any language, or of any region,
11
whether male or female all of them have to unify their positive energies in a single
string. When all the human resources, all natural and cultural resources will be
unified, it will create the waves of Positive Nationalism. To understand the essence
of this energy we should look into the pages of history of the Indian freedom
struggle. This country was divided amongst different Nawabs and different Kings.
On the completion of hundred years of East India Company rule in India, the
people of India started getting united. The mahamantra of the freedom struggle that
our forefather fought against the British in 1857 was Positive Nationalism. In 1857
revolution , people of India started unifying together to fight against the British
Raj for the first time, the Nawabs, the Kings, the Soldiers, the Farmers, the
Labourers and also the Youth of the nation came together.
When the thought and energy of Positive Nationalism was awaken in the
heart of Bahadur Shah Jafar even in his old age days, it gave him immense
courage, enthusiasm and inspired him to sacrifice his life for the country, this was
possible only because of the power of Positive Nationalism. At one end the
Positive Nationalism inspires Bahadur Shah Jafar to fight for the country at the
same instant it creates a same wave in the heart of Nana Shahab. The energy of
Positive Nationalism was unilaterally produced in the heart of the Rani Laxmibai
of Jhansi and also in the heart of Begum Hazrat Mahal. The energy of Positive
Nationalism which was ignited in the heart of Azimullah Khan, that same energy
was ignited in the heart of Tatya Tope.
The energy of Positive Nationalism is that energy which inspires Pandit Ram
Prasad Bismil to willingly accept the gallows with a smile on face. It also inspires
Ashfaqulla Khan to sacrifice his life for the nation. Pandit Ram Prasad Bismil
recites the “Gita”, believes in Hinduism, and follows the Arya Samaj Philosophy
but when it comes to sacrificing his life for the country, he willingly accepted and
stood up for it. Ashfaqulla Khan recites the “Quran”, believes in Islam, but when it
comes to sacrificing his life for the country; he stood up willingly and accepted the
offer.
The energy of Positive Nationalism is the energy that inspires Bhagat Singh
as well as Chandrashekhar Azad. It also inspires Batukeshwar Dutt who was born
in Bengal, it also inspires Kartar Singh Sarabha who was born in Punjab. The
sons and daughters of this country, be it of any caste, of any religion, of any
region, of any gender, of any language, on the day when the energy of Positive

12
Nationalism is ignited in their heart, their energy resonates with each other and
rises above the energy of all the languages, regions, genders, provinces, castes,
religions for the country. On the basis of this same energy, our forefathers fought
for freedom of the country and this country became free. The Energy of Positive
Nationalism unifies people and it is understood by everyone that this unity
increases our strength, and the division weakens our strength. For the development
of this country and to move forward, it is important to organize and encapsulate the
overall positive energy of this country.
There is some positive energy among all the sons and daughters of this
country, all energy needs to be threaded into a single string, this string which binds
the entire positive energy is stated as Positive Nationalism. In the energy of
Positive Nationalism everyone’s participation is ensured. In our society equality
doesn’t mean uniformity. If you want to unite the people to the idea of Positive
Nationalism, you have to ensure participation of everyone and justice for everyone.
When you are creating the necklace of Positive Nationalism then every bead in the
string should be given an appropriate place, if we create a necklace without
ensuring justice and equity into it, it will look unorganized and absurd.
The ideology of Positive Nationalism believes that if all the positive energies
of this country is united, then there will be a new way of contemplation. New
thinking process will lead to new knowledge and this new knowledge will create
new science. This new science will create new technology and it will make us
competent enough to compete with the world at the level of technology, at the level
of knowledge and at the level of science. This way we will be able to progress and
find a way to solve the current problems of the country.
I repeatedly say that there is no scarcity of anything in India. India has
much fertile land as compared to any other countries. Very Few countries has as
much of natural resources and minerals as present in India. The number of rivers
flowing in India is much higher than any other country on the earth. Very few
countries in the world have labour force as compared to India. Few countries in the
world have the intellectual and mental capacity as compared to India. Nature has
given everything to the people of India. If the human resources and natural
resources present in India are unified in a proper way, then with this energy we can
build new businesses, new industries and new systems of development.

13
Positive Nationalism has two main aspects. Firstly, unity and love among
the people and secondly, the participation of all people in the Nation-Building.
When I speak about the contribution of people in Nation-Building, then I refer to
that aspect of Positive Nationalism which ensures equitable share to every citizen
of India. We call this equitable share as 'employment'. If more than half of the
people of this country are unemployed, if their energy is not being utilized in
Nation-Building, then it simply means that they are not able to contribute in
Nation-building. How can the country move forward, when a large part of the
population has no stake in the Nation-Building? Even today, only 3 months of
employment to the people of villages is guaranteed from the MNREGA scheme
and in the remaining 9 months their energy is not being utilized in Nation-
Building. Half of the population within this country is women but there is no
equitable share for them in Nation-Building. There is no employment for them.
Today, in this country, a huge crowd of educated young people from university and
college are still unemployed. They are unemployed, that's not the only problem.
They do not have economical rights, their energy is not being utilized, and hence
they don’t have an equitable share in Nation-Building. They are being deprived
from the equitable share in Nation-Building.
Today, we are traveling around the world like an imitating monkey and we
are thinking that maybe we will develop India by adopting Japanese technology.
When a new government is established, it thinks that we will develop India by
adopting USA technology. This is completely wrong. It is necessary to adopt
important and useful aspects of the technology that has been developed in the
world. If India's development journey has to move ahead, then we need to ensure
proper utilization of our natural resources, we need to utilize the knowledge and
labour skills of the sons and daughters to develop technology according to the
monsoon seasons, according to the regional disparity in the country which is
compatible to the geographical property of that region. For example, In
Chhattisgarh the technology will have to be developed for industrial development
according to the present localized forests. Similarly, different technologies will
have to be developed for hilly, plains and plateau areas. Due to this the sons and
daughters of India can contribute in nation-building by getting employment in their
respective villages, towns and regions, because of this everyone can get
employment and respect. Believe it, this economical equitable share can be a step

14
towards guaranteeing social justice. In this way, both the major aspects of Positive
Nationalism 'mutual love' and 'everybody's equitable share' can be ensured, so that
all the people can contribute in nation-building by getting employment and respect.
Thus, one who did not perceive education, one who hasn’t even completed
his eighth grade, one who has completed his tenth grade, at the same time one who
has graduated from universities, all of them can contribute in nation-building.
One who has become a doctor, an engineer or a teacher can also contribute in
nation-building. Those who have become IAS or IPS can also contribute in nation-
building. One who became the Prime Minister, Chief Minister or Minister can also
contribute in nation-building. We can guarantee employment for every son and
daughter of India, whether educated or uneducated. In this way, a system can be
developed in which participation of the overall human resource present in the
country can be ensured in nation-building.
Many of you might be thinking that from where will the money come to
provide employment to everyone? There is no shortage of money in this country.
In India, the wealth owned by 100 people is more than the wealth owned by 100
crore people. We need to create a system that allows for equitable distribution of
the country's resources. We believe that a person would be transformed positively
by thinking of Positive Nationalism, which will indeed create a positive society
and this will lead to a positive and prosperous nation. I want to responsibly
emphasize that by the ideology of Positive Nationalism, we can not only unite
people but also we can ensure opportunities to everyone to contribute in nation-
building respective to their labor, discretion, talent and respect. The thinking of
Positive Nationalism can make India a happy country as well as make every Indian
a happy citizen and believe that only a happy person and a happy nation can wish
for the happiness of the world.
The dream of our Indian civilization and culture is 'Survey Bhavantu
Sukhinaa Survey Santu Niramayaa, Survey Bhadrani Pashyantu Maa Kashcid
Dukha Bhaag Bhavet', 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam', which was dreamed by
Maharishis of India in a positive moment, which can be fulfilled by only Positive
Nationalism. Positive Nationalism unites the individuals, unites the societies, and
also unites even those nations in the world who are seeking to eliminate each other.
By this positive thinking, not only a person but the whole system, not only a

15
nation but the whole humanity, infact everyone can be tied together in one thread,
which can create a new way of thinking and human order in the world to move
towards progress. .
Positive Nationalism believes in giving a respectful acceptance to all the
castes and religions in the country and also believes in connecting with other
countries on the basis of “LOVE”. All people can live in coexistence without
losing their identity and existence. With the co-operation of each other, loving each
other and wishing happiness for each other we can reach at the peak of progress.
When we start this connecting process, there won’t be need to commit suicide,
neither have to instigate a communal massacre, nor there will be possibility for
division of the country. Positive Nationalism can resolve the differences between
the individuals, societies, and the countries which can combine them all into one
peaceful and prosperous world. Positive Nationalism is the name for the path of
happiness for all.
For years Negative Nationalism has been rooted in the psyche of the people
of the country. A question is raised that since many years are taken to spread the
idea of Negative Nationalism, will it also takes so many years to spread the idea of
Positive Nationalism? The answer is “NO”. Since a solution arises at the time of
crisis, and if the crisis is intense, then its solution will also be immediate and fast.
Today, the restlessness is felt by youth all over India, whether it is the youth of
Kashmir or the youth of Kanyakumari, the youth of Kutch or the youth of Kohima,
they are all restless by the thought that “what will be the future of the country if the
country moves in this negative direction?” The solution to this anxiety and
restlessness is 'Positive Nationalism', which paves the way for the creation of an
inclusive and egalitarian nation.
To spread and propagate the ideology of Positive Nationalism will the youth
of the country guarantee their determination and commitment to take this
ideological movement forward. It is easy to say but give it a try to think once.
Today, if a thorn pricks in our feet, a sigh comes out of the mouth. But try to feel
the energy of the soil of this Maa Bharati, the freedom heroes such as Bhagat
Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru kissed the gallows with a smile on the face even after
knowing they would be hanged in a moment. We could not tolerate a thorn in our
body and they were smiling even at their martyrdom. They were sons of the same

16
soil. Rani Laxmibai of Jhansi, Begum Hazrat Mahal were also the daughters of this
same soil. If you really want to do something for this country, then first of all,
awaken the energy inside you. The first condition to reach at the state of Positive
Nationalism is to awaken the positive energy inside you.
I want to tell to the sons and daughters of the country that rather than living
and dying in a claustrophobic atmosphere, it is better to awaken your energy for
Maa Bharati. If you want to die, then die by doing something, if you want to live,
then live by doing something. In such suffocated life, neither you are going to
develop yourself nor can you develop this country. You have two ways to live, you
have to choose which way.
It is true that the youth of the country have to improve their lives as well as
have to fulfill the responsibilities towards their family. If we wish to make a better
nation then we also have to give time to build a better nation. The amount of
energy present inside a human being is so large, that whatever resolution the
human being decides the same proportion of energy is generated inside that human
being to fulfill that resolution. I want to say responsibly that if we succeed in
bringing this ideological movement of Positive Nationalism to the psyche of India
sons and daughters, then believe it there will be a flow of positive energy that will
build our India and also a better human being will be created.
For the nation-building it is necessary to change both the individual and the
system. The governance of the system is handled by a person and the thinking of
that person influences the system. Therefore, the 'Desh Ki Baat Foundation' firmly
believes that we have to change the individual as well as we have to change the
system. We also have to transform a person into a new person and also have to
build a new India. We the sons and daughters of India have to be ready to be the
torchbearers of the ideology of Positive Nationalism and I am sure that this path
will show a new light to this country, a new light to this world. It will also fulfill
the dreams of our freedom martyrs who have sacrificed their lives for the freedom
of the country.

Tu Zinda Hai, to Zindagi ki Jeet men Yakeen kar
Tu Zinda Hai, to zindagi ki jeet men yakeen kar

Agar Kahin hai Swarg to, Utar la zammen par

Subah aur shaam ke rang hue gagan ko choom kar

Tu sun zameen ga rahi hai, kab se jhoom jhoom kar

Tu aa mera shringar kar, tu aa mujhe haseen kar

Agar kahin hai swarg to, utar la zameen par.... Tu zinda hai…

Ye gam ke aur char din, sitam ke aur char din…

Ye din bhi jayenge guzar, guzar gaye hazar din..

Kabhi to hogi is chaman pe bhi bahar ki nazar

Agar kahin hai swarg to, utar la zameen par…. Tu zinda hai…

Hamare karwan ko manzilon ka intezaar hai,

Ye aandhion, ye bijlion ki, peeth par sawaar hai,

Jidhar padenge ye kadam banegi ek nai dagar

Agar kahin hai swarg to utar laa jameen par....tu zinda hai…

Hazar bhesh dhar ke aayi, maut tere dwar par

Magar tujhe na chhal saki, chali gayi wo haar kar

Nayi suabh ke sang sada tujhe mili nayi umar

Agar kahin hai swarg to, utar la zameen par….. Tu zinda hai…

Jameen ke pet men pali agan, pale hain jaljale,

Tike n tik sakenge bhookh rog ke Swaraj ye,

Musibaton ke sar kuchal, badhenge ek sath hum,

Agar kahin hai swarg to, utar la zameen par….. Tu zinda hai…

Buri hai aag pet ke bure hain dil ke daag ye,

Na dab sakenge, ek din banenge inqalab ye,

Girenge julm ke mahal, banenge phir naveen ghar

Agar kahin hai swarg to, utar la zameen par….. Tu zinda hai…
