Stage 1

Our project is organising a Christmas charity gala at the donated venue in Sydney city. The purpose
of the gala is to raise funds for underprivileged families during the Christmas season. These funds
will go towards children's gifts and Christmas meals. This fundraiser will involve the entire staff,
including management. This project will run from December the 16th to December 18th. This
includes two days of setting up the event and the gala itself will be on evening of December 18th.
The goal outcome of the gala is to raise a total of $30,000 for the partnered charity, to host a fun,
elegant invite that also meets all health and safety regulations. This gala will be a great opportunity
for all staff members to work together, enjoy time out of the office, help the community and have a
great time with fellow co-workers.
