Nyasha: Ohh well since I‟m not yet in bigger industry where I
have all that competition with the rivals go on the media or all
other platforms to trash talk and all that I have faced what we can
call a big problem
The challenges that i faced are those umm when people say you
too focused on music you are not going to pass your O level type
of stuff
Those critics like when people say you don‟t have a vision
towards life
I have realized that producer don‟t have that main face in the
music industry like they are underrated like
2
So I‟m bigger vision is on Family Records that it will be one of the Record label with the most
upcoming artist because I‟m kinda focused on the youth than the industry Gurus
They always say "there's a woman behind every man's success", can you tell us who is
the lady behind yours?
Like we were close friends when i started making beats that was 2018 and she was the first
and sometimes the only person who i gave my beats to.
And she always said they were fire that gave me hope
When i gave the same beats another listen they were just beats not bad but not close to
average that‟s when i realized that she was actually my motivation and my hope back then
I understand you have your friend who is your business partner as well, and you
are/have a record label, can you tell us briefly about it....how you chose artists to work
with?....how you market your work?
Nyasha: So umm we no longer do our things together not in the sense that we no longer go
along that well haa nooo
When we are at school that‟s where we do our things as one But home he does his thing i do
my thing but he will be an ambassador of Family Records he will do his thing and I‟m an
ambassador doing my thing doing my best to make Family Records the plug
To sum up can you please tell us how you are planning to help the talented youth who
are failing to use their talents because of financial crisis, lack of support and confidence
...etc
I paid the studio fee for this other artist who wanted to record his song using my beat
Then with the others i help them sound better by telling them where they need to adjust. I don‟t
address myself as a producer but a sound engineer and a music analyzer. I somehow trained
my ear to listen to all the errors in music. So i use that skill to help all the artist who come to
me produce the perfect sound . And those who lack confidence i give them motivation and
hope.

Blood Covenants, Tatoos & Love Bites
#YouthConversation
Khaya: What’s your take or tried to sleep with other gurls later on
understanding on issues of blood after they lost interests in each other but
it wasn’t working they both suffered
covenants, tattoos and love bites in
that’s wen i came to knew about it they
relationships? were told it was an evil act which can
This is you binding your souls by a blood only be broken by fasting prayers and srs
covenant meaning nobody else can come dedication to the almighty sadly it took
between y'all if one of you does you suffer the time but it was broken though
consequences as this isn't a pure binding it's sort A blood covenant can either be through
of an evil transaction if that makes sense almost cutting of the flesh or Sexual intercourse
like ukuthwala (sacrifice) with a virgin or just sex with a women
To me love bites can either be evidence Or marriage legal covenant
of showing off or it can be spiteful coz Or by rituals conducted by a witch or a witch
that's what sidekicks like doing doctor
Thats a SUNGANO in exchange of Covenants need mutual understanding
anything and its done as a method of and being well informed about the
promising and showing loyalty to consequences...do you know jus
lovedones...for example u cut ur thump receiving a gif lets say a plate, every
and the girl does the same...you stick the rym u eat in tht plate the words you say
cut portions together for a few sec and abt the person who gave it to you builds
you say out something like , i love you smfn spiritual and thngs like tht goz on
forever and on...ppl are jus scared abt the blood
I think love bites are actually really covenant bt covenants are there....kkkkk
sweet ... You get to carry a part of your why do you sleep with her if you cant
partner on your body have her in 5 years time
A blood covenant establishes a close I remember bitting sm1 so hard in a
bond between two persons not linked by split of a sec, she bled and we had to
kinship but who, nevertheless, desire use the shower...i felt it deeply that i
social relations supported by stronger was nearly in the satanic realm
sanctions (physiological and/or magical) Is a blood covenant good in
than those afforded by mere communal, relationships?
tribal, or trading connexions. No evil The right question is what for? And what do you
there think of covenant is? it is about marriage
Haii I completely disagree fam why relationship or just boyfriend and girlfriend
must blood be split ...why do we relationship, you know what covenant that we
slaughter animals for our ancestors really need? It’s a covenant of true commitment,
ngoba we are giving them ukudla kwo of course by using blood it will be more, I don’t
moya (spiritual food) and appeasing know, romantic? (or for friendship it will be
them ...but it's my opinion more like sisterhood or brotherhood)
Ok i had a friend who became pregnant
at 14 we weren’t friends by then but she Some make long beautiful vow in the altar that
had a miscarriage since she was too made all the guest weep with tears, but what
young and they had a blood covenant matter the most is not the “accessories” of the
with her bf never to separate again her bf

15 Year Old Pencil Artist
Interview by Momo
When did you start drawing and how did you realize you are passionate about art?
Nelson: Okay so the thing is ..I started drawing when I was eleven.. I made comics based on DC n
Marvel characters ...I was obsessed with these superhero characters so I started making my own. And
then umm last year during the first lockdown I was getting good at making comics and drawing
basically. So I figured I should start exploring... So I ran into these hyperrealism artists ..so I thought
why not try it out ..at first I was bad ...but with the encouragement from my sister Tatiana and my friend
Max..I kept going ..I didn't have that much support from my parents.. They didn't even want me to draw.
Heartbreaking ..they never supported me in anything so I just went for it ..I'm getting better by the day
and thanks to my sister and my friend max ..I wouldn't be where I am right now. They gave me that
motivation and push to chase my dreams
Nelson: Lack of abdicate resources to further my art..for instance I would like to experiment with
graphite and charcoal and lack of exposure ..not being able to sell/advertise my artworks due to strict
lockdown measures ..
So I get by it by creating social media platforms and by the help of my peers by them advertising my
merchandise based on Mystic Flxme Arts..and passing out flyers
What exactly keeps you going despite the challenges you have faced ?
Nelson: So I believe my ability to do art and create comes from God so what I can do in return for the
grace he has bestowed upon me ..I use my art for good and to show God's glory
Nelson: I like art that tells a back story .by looking at one of my art pieces you can tell the amount of
emotion coming from it…so art for me is a way of expressing my feelings ..Long story short I'm a
depressed young kid who puts on a façade but is actually sad inside ..so I take that pain that anger. That
depression and create
Do you face any challenges when you are coming up with a piece and do you mind
highlighting?
Nelson: When doing art I phase out from this world...I fully zone out prune to anything ..if someone
talks to me in my art state I hear nothing but silence ..I hate disturbances cause when I have started
creating that's all in mind ..nothing else ..I create a world of my own where creating is peaceful and
7
soothing ..i call that place My Abyss and I won't even pay attention to what is going on around
me...when I'm done creating ..I'm here again
Lastly but not least , what words of advice would you give to artists out there who are still
struggling to find themselves?
Nelson: To all of you artists out there ..do what you love no matter what the cost .I know you might get
into bad situations or even experience heartbreak ..The devil don't sleep trying to make people like us
not embraced our gifts ..no matter what life throws at u ..endure it and don't be shook reach your goal
...there's more to life that dying over people who didn't think you were good enough ..you might not
have anyone by you to tell you keep going but I tell you this now my friend ..keep going ..The gift God
has given you ..you shall endure till the end and celebrate when you reach your goal..
A number of different prevention approaches are effective in decreasing the risk of drug use
disorder life cycle changes like increased physical activity and using other stress reduction
techniques, help to prevent drug and substance abuse in teens. Programs that are more
formal are useful. For example, the raising health children program help prevent drug addiction
in elementary schools through intervention of teachers, parents and students.
Designing research based on awareness and prevention program meets the specific need of
children by age and specific community strengthens and challenges contributes to success of
those programs. Computer based programs has led to reaching of more people across the
world. This has led to reduction of drug use disorder.

Biography :
Pamela Damue is a Cameroonian by nationality.
Born in a family of nine, she happens to be the
only child who has gone through university
education. After graduating with a bachelor’s
degree in Medical Laboratory Science, she
didn’t see herself spending her whole life in the
four walls of a Laboratory Room. She decided to
enroll into a private institution where she
graduated and served voluntarily for six years.
What do you want to do with your music? No seriously, be honest with yourself.
Maybe write it down so you can articulate what its purpose is in your li fe. Don‟t hide
anything, you‟re the only one seeing this. You must always be honest with you. You‟ll
need a strong sense of what you truly want in order to develop a plan Towards. It is so
dumb that societally we talk about “failure” in such negative terms. People who don‟t
fail don‟t grow. Tell people about this music. Ask your friends to engage with it. Share
it. When you‟re bored of this, make more music. This is a project for YOU first and
foremost, not them.
You‟re going to mess up sometimes in any sense of the word and that‟s okay.
Remember: failure is an excellent teacher and a good friend. Creatively, perfection is
also a no-no. Don‟t try to be perfect, how boring and status quo, you know? Be
ultimate. Be nice, be ambitious bound by care for your brethren and future and all that.
You are absolutely going to need a thick(er) skin. You are protecting precious cargo
and sometimes that means hearing “no,” “we‟re going to pass,” “the bill is already full,”
or simply silence, which can be worst of all but keep pushing your craft.
Use it to the best of your ability post and paster people to follow you and listen to your
music. And lastly go rock the world and make good music . The world is ready to
hear you. Sometimes Zimbabwe is not all for you there is a whole international
fanbase out there who will appreciate your music so explore be open minded
Build up a fan base. Make real connections with people who love your music!
Book a lot of shows all over the place. Play to two people, or five people,
whatever, and hope that you‟ll change their life and they‟ll follow you or like you.
It‟s so cool that any people are digging your music enough to reach out, it means
a lot! Don‟t you want to talk to them. Please DO NOT hire a manager until you‟ve
built up a fan base. Your manager WILL NOT build you a fan base. I‟m sure
everyone‟s got an example of where this isn‟t true and in my humble opinion, a
common misconception for inexperienced artists that costs a lot of money and
heartache. Connect with as many people as you can via social media, in person,
whatever, and THEN, once it‟s really feeling like you‟re gonna do it big because
you‟ve got this actual THING going on.
Be realistic about industry
gross and bad (like all industries) especially female be careful i can talk all
day about female creatives in the music industry. Understand that so you can
unpack some possibly damaging assumptions. Do you presume “good” music
always prevails, eventually garnering enough support for it to float to the top and
succeed? Do you think writers simply cover whatever is, to their mind, free from
editors or publishers who might frown upon their non-click-worthy tastes? I
actually know how music writing works, get full accountability of your music .
•Which digital and non digital content has the brand offered so far?
We've provided 3 day up to one week Financial Literacy and Vision building courses via WhatsApp and
in person since 2020 and we continue to provide regular guidance and motivational messages via our
WhatsApp group.
•Where does the name of the brand originate from or what’s the meaning?
Finevi is a shortened version of the original name Finesse Visions which was rejected by the
incorporation offices because it wasn't unique enough.
The original name however means to conquer your dreams and desires with style and focus.
My biggest inspiration to start of was Bob Proctor his content allowed me to embrace the ideas I had
and materialise them into something real. Apart from him there's Mr Mandipira a local living legend
who's been my Zimbabwean icon since day one. I was honored to get a discount on his training
programs and he conducted them one on one with me. Otherwise ever since I was a little kid I‟ve
always wanted to help people realise their true potentials.
The initiative to fight covid 19 is no longer the heart of our content. But from time to time we do remind
our clients to mask up and stay safe!!
Well I can't choose one but for starters, incorporating my very own company at the age of seventeen.
Apart from that I recently was inboxed by the International Coaching Mentoring Foundation(IMCF) for
an awards nomination invite. At first I thought they had made a mistake but I later was reassured and
they made sure I understood that they appreciated my contribution to the industry as a life Coach. It is
fulfilling to know that all my hard work hasn't gone unnoticed.
We mainly focus on Financial Literacy and Self-Improvement Content. We guarantee an amazing life
coaching experience.
We've come to realize that the educational system has failed in one area. Throughout our educational
journey we are constantly promised that if we get good grades the money will come automatically. But
let's actually look at how true this is. Think of all those high school and college graduates who pass with
flying colors but yet they find themselves in the same financial situation or worse after graduation Our
9
aim is to help mainly those high school and college graduates to kick off their journeys to financial
independence and build them into leaders through financial literacy and self-improvement coaching.
No not at all. I built the business solely on the principle that we should exhaust the free resources first
before we go looking for grants and financing.
•If it’s a profit making brand, What has been impressive about its financial status?
Our Profit Making journey is yet to be kick started, I think it safe for me to say this is only the foundation
period. We haven't even started!!
•Where are you based and how can people get your services?
The business has since been working via its online offices and those who require in person courses
would visit me in chipinge. The best way to get in touch is contact us @ +263 78 5162542 via
WhatsApp. I will be available there for free life coaching in financial literacy and self-improvement and
if you wish to join the WhatsApp groups then you will be added and you can expect regular guidance
and motivational messages.*
•They are a number of youths out there seeking opportunities, how does the brand work to
benefit them?
Well the brand doesn't give direct opportunities but we will instill a can do attitude that will help one to
create their own opportunities and take advantage of the resource they already have around them but
have been neglected.
Well, for starters it's been financing my own business because my parents don't invest in it.Then I also
have struggled to build the business as I'm still advancing my education at the same time. It's hectic. I
think the hardest part of the journey is the loneliness because not many people of my age are willing to
support the business so I have to work alone at times to get things going. But with that said,
ndohupenyu wacho. I've got dreams to achieve and a life to live if it means embarking on the journey
alone, I will.
I'm not at liberty to talk about the marketing strategies as they are not my area of expertise.
Our vision is _a world where everyone lives at their highest potentials and are connected to their true
identities_ and until we see the world at that state we will not stop producing content, life coaching and
raising financial literacy awareness.

WINSTON SEWERA FOUNDATION
Established 2019 by Winston Takudzwa Sewera with the motive to change the
community through humanitarian work. He was inspired by personal realistic
situations and the way he grew up. His aim was to assist the community in a way
using the available limited resources using at his disposal.
To fight child abuse, child marriages, poverty, to create some projects which will
empower the community.
Organization programs: Education Fund, Girl Empower, People Connect, Child
Guides
“The community that I grew up in was the main motivation that empowered me to
start this foundation”
It is rare indeed these days that some organizations are only established for
profit making purposes only and not every founder has the compassionate nature
to help the communities whole heartedly without asking for anything in return.

DAVID
KANDUNA
(KuChina the genesis actor)
|| How did you realize your talent and what pushed you to pursue it ?
I knew i had it in me since i was a kid but i was the reserved type so i never really explored the
arts until i was about 15, thats when i tried presenting and from there onwards, one thing led
onto the other until i got here.
||How developed is Zimbabwe in terms of the industry and how are actors
striving to bring the best content?
Its very hard and next to impossible to commercialise content in Zimbabwe due to several
factors that include, lack of support from the government , not only interms of capital but simple
formation of policies and structures, the involvement of fellow filmmakers in influencial boards.
The government also fails to see the industry as an industry, other African countries enjoy
boosts to their GDPs from the Film sector because the government supports them e.g Nigeria
and South Africa. Another setback is lack of genuine support from our local audience, year in,
year out movies are made by local filmmakers but the support they get from their own people
is heartbreaking. People need to support the film industry by firstly watching the shows, talking
about the characters, this social goodwill for the show can go a long way. Journalists and the
media also need to play a pivotal role in uplifting the industry, for example most media firms
only run with a story when its scandalous and most radio personalities can go a long way in
hyping South african soapies or foreign films and snub their local shows, iam not saying its bad
but even some newspapers have storylines updates of foreign soapies over their own local
shows.
My goal is to make Zimbabwe proud, the only question is if iam going to do it within Zimbabwe
or from another base where i can explore more of my potential, but the main point is to make
Zim proud.
||In which Zimbabwean movies have you acted in during the past years?
8 hours, Amalganated the dawn of legends, The newspaper, Advanced levels, State of
Malambia, Mystery of Mt Nyangani
And the following ZBC TV series Maoko Matema, Muzita rababa and iam currently on Kuchina
the genesis.
15
||What has been your biggest achievement so far?
A nomination at YIA in Namibia and a best actor award at the Glam awards.
||What advice would you give to the fellow youth out there who would want
to be great in the movie industry?
Consult God, be a teamplayer when you work with other guys and above all stay humble, the
key to your next project is the person you might be working with.

Let‟s fight every evil trying to destroy God‟s plan in our life‟s.
–LIL DIZZIE
I got my stage name way back1999 from my former music group “Tripple D” Dubious, Dice
One & Dizzie. After graduating from high school, we all had to split due to further education. So
I just added the Lil because I was short. Lol But now tall and will be taking off the Lil anytime
from now.
Music all started way back in High school when I got on stage to mime foreign songs during school
parties and carnivals. Met with other friends who decide we come up with a group which we named
“Tripple D” Thia was as early as 1990 but stopped music to further my education inot the university and
after graduation in 2012, music continued.
To be sincere, everything about my music have been interesting although, stressful and frustrating
some times but one got to keep up with struggle and focus on a better outcome.
18
In terms of singing for motivation and singing for entertainment,
which sector is most effective?
Both, I can‟t say specifically but it varies, some love my motivational songs. It all depends on
who is listening.
