Pain
(

SUICIDAL TERRORS
I'm filled with pain
That emotional pain
Can't cry it out, I'm numb on it
I don't know when will I ever get enough of it
Everytime the feeling gets heavier, I prefer to cut off
it
It emerges with scars on scars, my wrist is where
they rent and bonded ,never apart
I'm filled with pain of things I can't change. But
rather observe and adapt to the "patience pays"
But it's not the same, I can't unfeel what I have felt
I’m suffocated and sweating at the same time I swear
I would melt
My soul gets weaker and weaker, but high on liquor
These ashes have been formed from the glitter so
quicker
I used to embrace but now depression got thicker,
my fears are bigger
I'm filled with pain, that emotional pain
I swear I have never felt this way
If it has to kill my soul then you will all meet me at
my grave
Because this pain...might sound insane but I feel
how it has created a gap, I'm in pain
MENTAL HEALTH & LONELINESS

Loneliness is a universal human emotion that is both complex and unique to each individual. Because
it has no single common cause, the prevention and treatment of this potentially damaging state of
mind can vary dramatically. It's an emotion, feeling of isolation...even with people around you can
still feel lonely
When you are lonely you also have Anhedonia (unable to be happy)

Psychologically smiling is a symbol of strength,  loneliness is a sign of depression and when you are
lonely you hardly smile so loneliness makes you weak some say they actually stronger when
alone...A study found that those who go out alone and those who go out in a group have the same
amount of fun
They also say if you want to be strong, spend some time alone in silence
>>so from what I stated, I hope you notice loneliness as good yet as bad too<<
And I would like to brief on Loneliness effects based on one's thoughts

When you think of something, you get your own views about it and and when another person does,
they get their own views that's why in the end we debate over a lot of stuff well everyone's actions or
speech are effects of their thoughts. To me loneliness is dangerous, I can't be lonely for too long
without depending on a shoulder rather someone can be lonely and yet have a positive life all the
way ...
How you take loneliness as, Is more defined inside you rather than outside...your thoughts about
being lonely, do you fail to do some things when you have noone? Do you get depressed a lot? I
would like you to draw a table in your mind about your pros and cons of being lonely you will
come to the realization of something , and if your pros overweigh the cons then you know You can
survive in a lonely state, you can do certain things when you are lonely  but If your cons
outweigh the pros then Its toxic for you to be in such a state, it's not a state that you have
to force yourself to get used to

Loneliness is toxic because it leaves you with depression and suicidal thoughts, alcohol and drug
misuse, antisocial behaviors, high stress levels....even stroke"
Also Research has found that non-lonely people who spend time with lonely people are more likely to
develop feelings of loneliness.
So through all this we have to a realization that loneliness is more negative than positive impact to a
few....so how should we survive out of this toxic emotion or feeling
Craft a step by step plan ,I would encourage to actually make it more like a Vision board
of things you want to do maybe by end of week or month
Do a lot of activities especially related to art or creativity work, it's quite refreshing tasks
or hobbies for psychological benefits
Strengthen your current relationship, it doesn't have to be with your lover only but also a
sister, brother, aunt...anyone you had a strong bond with
Have someone to talk to, Therapists are way good because you are telling a stranger who
will also show concern for your mental health
Try social interactions, hang out or attend some events- it's worth it and you will also be
at ease around people

Don't feel comfortable with being alone because I also believe that when we are alone we think more
of broad things even toxic, if you are alone and your mind tells you to do something toxic you can
easily go ahead for it because you are alone ,there is noone or nothing to destruct you from doing it.

Loneliness is also anchored more with anxiety. Feeling of uncertainty, suffocated, drowning...
I have made the aforementioned stuff to be more of *knowledge gaining* because some people be
like "I'm better of alone" and it's not always and actually Psychologically toxic, you can't be used to
loneliness its not right to be. Take self-assessment of yourself, your state and your circle, the level of
how you act or react in different states especially loneliness state. And also bottom line, being alone
is a power only a few can handle.

Mandisa
Maseko
My full names are Mandisa Khensani
Maseko and I was born on the 16th
August 2001
I like to believe that I am just an
ordinary girl, with hopes and
dreams like any other African girl
child. As a result of the difficulties
that my generation has experienced
we have not been able to live our
lives the way our parents did at our
age. We have been slapped with an
economy that doesn't work for us
and that has placed great strain on
not just us, but our parents to.
In order to allow myself to enjoy
myself and to bring joy to others I
turned to the one thing that I knew I
was good at - dancing, and I have
done and continue to do my best to
keep excelling at it so that young
girls from my generation and
younger can see that when we work
hard we can achieve anything no
matter what we are going through.
My mum says I started dancing long
before I was born because I used to
kick her a lot in the stomach!!
In terms of my background, I was in and out of different primary schools my favourite being Montrose
Primary School in Sandton, South Africa for Grades 3 and 4. My mum and I then moved to a beautiful
tourism town in South Africa called Hartbeespoort in the North West where I did my Grade 5, 6, and 7
at Doxa Deo Private School.
Whilst at Montrose Primary School my mum enrolled me for ballet classes, and whilst at Doxa Deo she
also enrolled me for acrobatics and modern dance classes with Rising Star Academy.
It was during those formative  years that I realised how much I loved to dance. Besides these dance
classes at school, I used to watch Destiny's Child music videos religiously and I had a deep love for
musicals such as Camp Rock and TV shows like Hannah Montana, and later on High School Musical. I
even got my mum to buy me themed duvet covers which I still have today because I was so obsessed
with these music themed shows. I used to watch alot of music videos and concerts, especially Beyonce
and Chris Brown, and I think I knew back then that one day I would be a dancer just like the beautiful
ladies featured dancing in music videos or on the stage.
I remember one time I was enrolled to participate in a dance competition when I was in Grade 7. I
prepared so hard and one of the requirements was that all participants should put the track they were
going to dance to on a cd. So I did that with my mum and on the day of the competition I went there so
nervous I thought I was going to throw up. I watched others dance and when it was my turn I walked
onto the stage hoping that my nervousness would not show. I stood on the stage and waited for my
track to start playing. The guy who was in charge of the music called my mum out from the audience
and told her the cd was not playing. He asked if he could play another track and my mum agreed.
Whilst all this up and down was happening I was still standing on the stage, all eyes on me, nervous out
of my boots and wondering what I should do. After about 10mins the judges announced that I would
dance to another track and within seconds a song I had not practiced to started playing. I was put on
the spot and had to improvise and come up with a new dance routine instantaneously as I was dancing.
The minute my feet started moving I danced to the beat and surprised even myself because apparently
I gave the best performance the judges had ever seen! I walked away proudly with an A+ on my
Certificate!
I think this experience truly opened my eyes to just how capable I was. It also gave me confidence and
boosted my self esteem because I realised that with dancing only the sky could be the limit for me. .
As a member of Megatronz Empire I have participated in shows and competitions such as Believers
Boppers Dance Battles were we won ,Globe Dance Supreme, The Hype Event and many others to name
a few. Along with my crew members I have also been featured in music videos for artists like Winky D,
Enzo Ishall, Nkwali, Decibel, Sweet Mobby and Leticia Ontle . My crew has also performed at many
concerts around the city of Bulawayo where international artits were invited. I also love modelling and
hope one day i can hit the run way. I've been a judge  at many other small shows as well. I am very
passionate about ensuring that young girls focus on their dreams and do everything in their power to
achieve their dreams. If I can be that one person who ignites some ray of light and hope in a young
girls life then I will be fulfilled. God puts us on the planet for different reasons and I think He gave me
the ability to move my feet so that I can bring about change into the lives of those who came after me.
I still have many dreams for myself. I have a vision for my life ahead. I want to become a Criminal
Lawyer too and I will do it.
When getting married the bride and groom say that till death does us part but what if death
comes a few hours after you say those words. My wedding was filled with so much joy and
sorrow. I was very happy on my wedding day but in the end the happiness that I had later
turned into sorrow. Chains of events took place on my wedding day and a crime was
committed at my wedding. That crime remained a mystery for two years.
I am Norma, I am the woman who became a widow on the day of her wedding. My wedding
started with happiness but it ended in tears. A pleasant day in my whole entire life turned out
to be a day of terror but like all brides on their wedding day, I was dazzling. I was getting
married to the love of my life Nicholas. The wedding venue was very big, beautiful and
fancy. Everything was perfect before tragedy struck. I had never thought that my own
wedding would end in tears.
I will not say much about how beautiful my wedding was but all I can say is that I became a
widow on my wedding day. It all started when my late husband ate the food which his friend
Crystal had brought to our table. The next thing I can recall is that he started choking
nonstop and my wedding dress became red stained from the blood that he was coughing. His
family came to our table to see what was happening and Nicholas’s brother Richard started
calling out for Crystal since she was a doctor.
At that time he was not breathing or moving, he was just lying on the floor lifeless and
unconscious. Even today I still remember the amount of shock I felt when I saw him lifeless.
There was nothing I could have done to save him, I just stood there feeling torn and terrified
with tears pouring out of my eyes and it was very clear that Nicholas was dead.
The ambulance had not yet arrived at that time so Crystal told everyone that she was going to
call the ambulance again. After some time the ambulance came and the paramedics declared
Nicholas dead. Richard went to the nearest police station to report Nicholas’s death the after
some time he came back with the police. All the guests were gone except for close friends and
family members.
When the police saw Nicholas’s corpse, they all got shocked because there was a lot of blood
on his body. The two policemen suspected that Nicholas didn’t die of natural causes so they
called the forensic team to come and take samples of Nicholas’s blood and the wedding venue
was declared a crime scene. The forensic team asked for the plate in which Nicholas had
eaten from in order to get it tested for any poisonous substances but Crystal told them that the
catering team had already washed all the plates.
After Nicholas’s corpse was taken to the morgue, we were all taken to the police station for
questioning but in the ended we were all ruled out as suspects. The police also asked for the
guest list showing everyone who had attended the wedding in order to question them too. Two
days after the wedding, Nicholas’s parents, Richard, my sister Oona and I went to the morgue
in order to collect the autopsy results. When we arrived at the morgue, detective Mendez was
already there and he was also waiting for the autopsy results. After a few minutes Crystal
came with the results and she told us that the pathologist who was in charge of doing an
autopsy on Nicholas had already left so he had asked her to give us the results. The autopsy
results stated that the cause of Nicholas’s death was choking and that meant that he had died
of natural causes.
When we got home, I realised and I accepted the truth which was that Nicholas was dead and
was never coming back. After the funeral detective Mendez came and told us that he was
closing the alleged murder case. After a month I moved out of Nicholas’s parents’ house and I
moved into the house that Nicholas had bought for me before he died.
The house was very big, empty and lonely. Each day silence prevailed around me. That house
was so lonely that my own shadow became a rare sight. Each day I kept wandering around
that house in search for happiness until Oona moved in with me. Oona was very supportive
and it was fun living with her. Richard also used to visit us from time to time.
Two years after Nicholas’s death, on our wedding anniversary I was watching my wedding
video over and over again. Nicholas looked healthy on the video and that was when I
suspected that he might have been killed. So I went online trying to find out that what mostly
causes a person to cough blood and most of the answers were saying that poison mostly
causes it. The next day I went to see Dr Adams because he was the one who did the autopsy
and at that time, I thought that he was the one who was going to give me answers. When he
saw me, he asked me if the police had caught my husband’s killer. When he said that to me, I
got very confused because the autopsy results stated that Nicholas had died a natural death.
So I asked Dr Adams what he had meant by what he had asked me and he told me that the
cause of Nicholas’s death was a rat poison. I told Dr Adams that the results that we saw stated
that the cause of death was choking. I asked Dr Adams if he had a copy of the autopsy results
and luckily he still had a copy of the results. Dr Adams and I went to the police station and
showed detective Mendez the results.
Crystal was charged for the murder of Nicholas. Before her trial begun I went to visit her in
Detective Mendez reopened the murdered case and he arrested Crystal for fabricating
evidence.
Crystal was charged for the murder of Nicholas. Before her trial begun I went to visit her in
prison. She told me that the poisoned food was not meant for Nicholas but it was meant for me.
She wanted to kill me because she was in love with Nicholas so after my death, she thought
that Nicholas would marry her.
I had never thought that Crystal could be capable of murder. I will never be able to forgive
Crystal for what she did to Nicholas. Sometimes I wish that I should have died in the place of
Nicholas.
Images of Nicholas’s death always pass through my mind. Now I know that the pain of losing
Nicholas will live with me for the rest of my life.

Student life at MSU

Before you get to University it is a fantasy world where everyone

wants to go. A place full of parties…free sex and so much beer.
Well university isn't like that of course despite how Midlands
State University is different from other institutions for instance
how it is nicknamed "More Sex University" I got the chance to ask
Usy Mark a 4.1 Development partitioner how his life for the past
four years and his first words where it's a rollercoaster of
events, mentioning the workload that is applied by the lectures
how it's different where at university you are your own teacher,
parent and student. Running with time to submit your
assignments, to read and also make it on time to a party.
Thandeka 1.2 a development partitioner comes in and says life at
MSU is just like a playground where you choose where to go and
where to play. It’s more of exploring who you are and what you
want. Thandeka further on says that at MSU is where you put all
hands on deck. Go everywhere do everything and find out who
you are. Zhuang 4.1 HFTA mentions the parties and the beer, how
every weekday flyers are pasted everywhere on the campus
grounds, or the anonymous messages sent as invitations to
those underground parties. Not to forget the semester marriages
that happen. A whole new world for them where they play
mother and father through the whole semester. Oooooh!!!! And
the sleepovers it's how trends are there where the boyfriend has
to wear his girlfriend’s bonnet and take a video and post it just
to show he had a girl in his place.
Basically university life is where we learn how to grow and how
to take control of your life. It’s also a place where you can lose
yourself in drugs, the parties and "blessers". Amablesser with
their cars roaming around the exit gates of the campus and
residence area trying to catch their own "young babe". The
pressure of wanting to own an iPhone leading to girls sleeping
with every man that others to buy her one. Females are exposed
greatly to so much freedom that that they have been offered at
home. Pregnancies emerge, abortions are on the rise all of this
circulates on the campus. Learners take sex as a game as the
form sex parties it’s no longer sacred but just a means to having
fun. So many experiments occur thus them forgetting the main
purpose of being there, Education.
The fashion trends where girls walk nakedly clothed, guys steal
just to wear the most fashionable clothes. Miemie a 1.2
development studies student brings up this phrase, " kana usina
mota chenawo" this statement applies to guys where having a
car symbolises how much of a good date you are. Rumors go by
where a student had to get injections just to enhance her butt
and use various chemicals so she can get lighter. "My Lecturer
asked me out", those lines are now normal to most girls on
campus. Though this all comes to an end once exams draw closer
