CIRCULAR

In continuation of the relaxation of lock-down norms from the Government of Tamil Nadu,
the University shall start operations physically as per the following schedule. All faculty and
students must report to the campus physically against the dates mentioned in the schedule.

3. Final year UG/PG students 13.09.2021
4. All year students of KSAH and KSOA (Including PG) other than 1st 13.09.2021
year.
5. Separate schedule for the laboratory classes to be announced for all Dates to be
other students where ever it is not possible to conduct the same finalized in
virtually consultation
with Dir-Aca

It is mandatory for both faculty and students to produce proof of vaccination against Covid-19 as
per the following:
1. Faculty of age group > 45 years – Fully vaccinated certificate issued by the Government.
2. Faculty and students of age group > 18 to 45 years – Either partially vaccinated or fully
vaccinated certificate issued by the Government. Also, partially vaccinated cases, to ensure
full vaccination as per the dates mentioned in the certificate.
3. To adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as prescribed by the Government.
4. Wearing of mask, hand sanitization and maintenance of physical distancing is mandatory.
