We use e-commerce, social media (Instagram, Facebook & TikTok), and planter
community for our product channel.

We also work together with other retailers like plantation retailer and house hardware
retailer like ACE hardware & IKEA hardware.

Our primary product customers are plant and home decor enthusiasts. Meanwhile,
our secondary product customer are plant-filled public enterprises.

Our competitors only sell their product in e-commerce such as Tokopedia, Bukalapak,
Lazada, Shopee, and Blibli.
Warehouse Operations

In terms of warehouse operation, we chose to have a central warehouse near our


factory in Bekasi, West Java, which will be fully operated by our employees, to ensure
flexibility in our distribution activities.

We want full control over our warehousing operations. Thus, we prefer to rent the
warehouse over using a third party logistics warehouse.
Distribution System

Our distribution system follows two approaches; a direct-to-consumer approach and an


indirect one.
In the direct approach, most of customers’ purchasing processes happen through the
internet. They can visit our website, call our customer service, or contact us through
social media to specify the number of DripPot they need, their address, before then
being redirected to our payment system.
The indirect approach, on the other hand, lets customers see DripPot first hand in
retail stores, florists, or home improvement stores.
Both approaches target different segments and might have different marketing
strategies.
Distribution System Decision

We use 3PL, Kamadjaja Logistic for retailers distribution, as it is more efficient in cost,
gain flexibility, and allows us to focus on our core competencies.

Meanwhile, we use couriers such as SiCepat, JNE, J&T, NinjaExpress, TIKI, DHL, Go-Jek,
and Grab for direct selling distribution.
