Due to the Delta variant, we’re temporarily reinstating multiple

COVID-19 safety requirements and procedures. Effective 08/09/2021:
facial coverings are required inside the office by all persons. The
social distancing distance is reverted back to 6-feet and our hand
sanitizer stations will be on the floor in their 4S spots. We’re also
lowering our capacity from 50 to 35 persons at a time to prevent
traffic. Temperatures will continue to be captured and logged.

We recently announced the return of “You’re the Hero” Pay and

“Unlimited VESE” for all hourly team members. More information
shared on Twitter and internally.

More changes may come and will be communicated via Twitter or

here. These changes are not reflected on our COVID-19 response
page.

*NEW* We’re approaching Day 1! - The office will open at 9:00 a.m.
for everyone. Expect your temperature to be captured and logged as in
the past. Online classes will begin at 11:00 a.m. for remote learners.
We’re having a Day 1 party in the Aux room and it will be broadcasted
privately to enrolled scholars and parents in the dashboard.
*NEW* We’re temporarily suspending services to New Orleans amid
the possible Hurricane Ida, we’re constructing ways of supporting
our families and their community.

LendMe (formerly “Borrow-It”) distributions are complete. Parents

who didn’t pick up their device must reach out before August 23, 2021
so that we can ship your device. Shipping charges will be charged to
your account since this is outside of our shipping window for the
devices. If shipping charges aren’t satisfied within 30 days devices
will be revoked and accounts will be suspended. More information
shared with those parents.
