 To be give make and describe guidelines that will be useful in planning and
preparing safe and adequate baby food for infants 6 to 12 months old.
 To be able to plan appropriate complementary food items for infants 6 to 12 months
old infant
 To be able to compare different food items and consistency of preparation for
different age in months
 To be able to give examples of different food items to be included as appropriate
complementary foods for infants

A. Laboratory

Choose one meal from your created 2-week meal plan/baby food plan for infants and
prepare it.

Include a step by step guide in preparing the ingredients, cooking up to storing and
labeling the food items.
