Water billing statement for the whole year

Goa Breeder Farm installed submersible pumps below the groundwater table to lift
water to the surface directly to the distribution system (storage tank). Distribution
storage tanks are built at ground level on hilltops higher than the service area.
Relatively, water billing statement of our poultry farm is not applicable since the
water supply comes thru pumping system from the groundwater.
