Fabrication

Safety daily meeting;

Get relevant ART;

Check the status of material;

Fabricate pipe, brackets, Supports, flanges, supports, hungers, anchors and fittings.

Prepare the surface and paint the fabricated components;

Care out the control quality

Installation

Safety daily meeting;

Get relevant ART;

Check the status of material;

Isolate the Pump House and drain the main discharge and return pipes;

Install the new testing/return line with the flow meter;

Install the sprinkler isolation valve;

Recommission the pumps and related equipment;

Isolate the first diesel fire pump and install the new pressure sensing lines/arrangement.

Recommission the first diesel fire pump;

Isolate the second diesel fire pump and install the new pressure sensing lines/arrangement.

Recommission the second diesel fire pump;

Isolate the third diesel fire pump and install the new pressure sensing lines/arrangement.

Recommission the third diesel fire pump;

Isolate and drain the diesel supply and return lines for the first diesel tanks

Lift and move the tank, construct the tank support plinth and Install the tank to the plinth.

site run additional piping required to reconnect supply and return lines;

Recommission the diesel tank and related systems

Decommission and remove the existing sprinkler ranges;

Install the new automatic sprinkler system;

Install Pipes, fittings, and connections;

Install Fire-protection valves;

Install Sprinklers;

Install Pressure gauges;

Install Alarm devices;

Paint the System;

Tagging the pipes;

Install all Visual Signage;

Care out the final piping inspection;

Programming;

General House Keeping;

Pre commission;

Produce Fire Suppression Installation Report.

Installation

Get relevant ART;

Check the status of material;

Isolate and drain the first fire pump system and Unfasten the pump and motor and lift;
install the lifting blocks under the pump and engine;
Refasten the pump and motor to the base;

Remove the concentric reducer from the suction pipe and install the new top flat eccentric reducer;

Cut out a piece of the vertical discharge line and accommodate the change in height;

Install the new pressure indicator arrangements on the suction and discharge lines;

Install the new pressure sensing lines;

Install the new, rigid diesel supply and return lines;

Install the new circulation relief lines;

Recommission the pumps first and related equipment;

Isolate and drain the Second fire pump system and Unfasten the pump and motor and lift;
install the lifting blocks under the pump and engine;
Refasten the pump and motor to the base;

Remove the concentric reducer from the suction pipe and install the new top flat eccentric reducer;

Cut out a piece of the vertical discharge line and accommodate the change in height;

Install the new pressure indicator arrangements on the suction and discharge lines;

Install the new pressure sensing lines;

Install the new, rigid diesel supply and return lines;

Install the new circulation relief lines;

Recommission the third pump and related equipment;

Isolate and drain the main discharge line and water tank supply line and Install the new return/testing
line and related equipment.

Commission the system the new return/testing line

Isolate and drain the jockey pump discharge line and Install the instrumentation required to automate
one pump and the new flow switch;

Recommission the jockey pump system;

Construct/install the new shelter;

Isolate and drain the main discharge line and Install new automated sprinkler piping;

Installation of the new diesel tank level switches for all three diesel fire pump tanks;

Paint the System;

Tagging the pipes;

Install all Visual Signage;

Care out the final piping inspection;

Programming;

General House Keeping;

Pre commission;

Produce Fire Suppression Installation Report.

Commission the system;
