II. Give one factor/reason that cause conflict between millennials and baby boomers.
One common reason why conflict always seems to occur between millennials and baby is due
to negative assumptions. Many baby boomers view millennials as impatient, unprofessional,
and lazy, whereas millennials may regard baby boomers as unapproachable or old-fashioned.
