both CGPA and Percentage, kindly follow the grading system followed in your
semester marksheets.

2. What should I choose in number of subjects under each semester column?

Kindly mention the total number of mandatory and optional subjects designated
to you in any particular semester. Do not forget to consider the optional subjects
as well.

3. Should I mention the details of optional subjects also?

Yes, kindly mention the details of both mandatory and optional subjects in the
semester details column. You have an option of categorizing any subject as
optional/mandatory as well.

4. What is the right way to fill subject details if my college follows

‘percentage’ method?
If your college follows ‘percentage’ method for grading, kindly follows the
mentioned steps:
 Under the name column, mention the exact name of the subject as printed
on your semester marksheets.
  Under the marks obtained column, mention the total marks obtained by
you in the subject.
 Under the total marks column, mention the total marks allotted for the
subject.
 Kindly mention if the subject is mandatory or optional in nature.
 Follow the same for the rest of the semesters for which you have
corresponding original marksheets available.

5. What is the right way to fill subject details if my college follows ‘CGPA’
method?
If your college follows ‘CGPA’ method for grading, kindly follows the mentioned
steps:
 Under the name column, mention the exact name of the subject as printed
on your semester marksheets.
 Credit Score*- Mention the credits obtained by you in the mentioned
subject. This must match with the credits mentioned on the marksheets.
 Grade (Numeric)*- Mention the numeric value of the grade obtained by
you in a particular subject.
 Grade (Alpha)- Mention the alphabetic grade obtained by you in a
particular subject.
 Credit Index*- This field will be automatically calculated after you mention
the credit score and grade(numeric).
 Kindly mention if the subject is mandatory or optional in nature.
 Follow the same for the rest of the semesters for which you have
corresponding original marksheets available.
