ROLDAN, EVELYN R. GARCIA, EVELIZA R. BALDON LORNA R.
ARGAWANON and LUNA R. CARDINES , all of legal ages , Filipino Citizen, and
a resident of P-2, Poblacion, lantapan,, Bukidnon, do hereby name, constitute
and appoint HERMOGINA P. ROLDAN, Filipino Citizen, and a resident of P-2,
Poblacion, Lantapan,, Bukidnon, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact with full
and special power and authority to do and perform the following:

1. To negotiate , sign, execute and perfect any contracts or extensions

thereof with DOLE Philippines Incorporated, including but not limited to
a Contract of Lease, starting from September 18, 2020 to September
18, 2035 pertaining to and covering my land located at Brgy.
Poblacion,Lantapan, Bukidnon, Philippines and covered by land title
described as follows:

2. To make and accept all such payments/monies arising from the

contract/agreement with Dole-Stanfilco relating to the parcel/s of land
described above;

3. To enter into any contract with Dole –Stanfilco by which the use ,
management, lease and/or possession of our parcel/s of land
described abobe is/are transmitted for a vvaluable consideration;

4. To lease the parcel/s of land described above, for more than one year,
on such terms and conditions as may be deemed just and reasonable;

5. To create or convey real rights over our immovable property;

6. To demand, secure, accept all the monies or credits due us from Dole-
Stanfilco, and issue receipts thereofe, for any and all contracts entered
into by us and/or by said Attorney-In- Fact for and our behalf

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever
requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises, as fully to
all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and
acting in person, with full power of substitution or revocation; and HEREBY
RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney or her substitutes shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
